Well we just had a strange one for today. It jumped to .0006 from heavy selling at .0004. Normally this stock on moves has to have a lot of buying at .0005 before going to .0006. Glad to see this.

In order to change the O/S after announcing a buy back, they would have to perform an Olson on it.

I called t/a myself just to check on it and it is at 3.4 Billion but they can increase the restricted shares and still keep the float the same, Isn't this correct

i figured if i said something it would trade. lol. I think we'd have a lot more action if the spread wasn't so big between the bid/ask...

Well as it turns out the float is now up to 1.4 Billion according to this post on IHUB. Man can you imagine what the pps would be if they didn't dump 500 million shares on the market. bummer still think it will be a good one sooner or later.

I'm totally disgusted with Mark Angstrom....I take-back and retire anything good or nice I ever said about him. I called the TA, and he said the new I/S is 3,434,504,078. I was so floored that I called Angstrom immediately, and told him that since I had spoken so highly of VWKM and management, would he please tell me what to say about wonderful New Screen selling 530 million shares. Here's what he said:
"Due to the large volume, the company had to sell shares in order to improve liquidity. If we did not sell shares the MM's would run out...it's kinda like adding water to a lake so that it didn't dry up."
Abashed, I asked incredously how he could "add water" when they just issued a PR saying that the company was buying back 400 million shares(not to mention he told me a few days earlier that he was buying them). Here's his reply:
"Oh, we are going to buy-back AND RETIRE(he stressed this like I care) 400 million shares...just not right now."
I told him he has hurt me and many others more than he knows. I'm not gonna post his reply because, from me, he has lost a voice...and a friend.
To my fellow investors, I'm sorry that my inexperience led me to allow myself to be used by Angstrom. I should have know better, but choose to ignore the signs(just like when Momma warned my about dating girls with all looks and no character). This experience will no doubt influence my future posts regarding CEO conversations in the future(if there are any). I apologize from the bottom of my heart, and hope you guys still do good in this stock. I have no idea if Angstrom will sell anymore shares or not, or what will happen with OEN. I do know, however, that I'm through talking to him on the phone, and have no intentions to buy any more shares...ever. I still have a little left, but will probably sell out soon.
To Mark Angstrom, I can't hardly express in my own words how I am feeling, so, as per custom, I guess Shakespeare will be the voice:
ROMEO
I thought all for the best.
MERCUTIO
Help me into some house, Benvolio,
Or I shall faint. A plague o' both your houses!
They have made worms' meat of me: I have it,
And soundly too: your houses!

No one knows 100% for sure what the float is now. They are just guessing. Plus here is another poster saying he called the company and got this info. Right. Remember I said before do not believe what a poster says when he/she states that he/she called the company/e-mailed and they told him/she this. These people throw this stuff out all the time. Total bull IMO. Only go by what you read in the PR's.
---------------------------------------------- The statement below is totally ridiculious. The MM's would just up the ask until they got sellers. Please do not fall for this stuff.
"Due to the large volume, the company had to sell shares in order to improve liquidity. If we did not sell shares the MM's would run out...it's kinda like adding water to a lake so that it didn't dry up."

Here is just a little something that I thought was of interest. IMO I feel the reason that VWKM and BKMP have not really run a lot further than they have. Is because of what people have saw QBID do. They say here comes one of these fly by night TV deals again. People got burned on QBID so they are not really ready to jump into a TV company and get burned again. Even though these two companies look further along than QBID ever did. Both companies have a billion or more shares in their O/S which keeps peoples mind on what QBID did. QBID just kept adding billions and billions of shares into the O/S until the stock got destroyed. We must look at facts. Once you start getting into the billions of shares in the O/S it will take one heck of a lot of revenue to make your company profitable. So why are we here. We IMO are hoping for a big PR that will hype the company up and have the PPS take off. Then try and get back out before it crashes back down around our necks. Well this is enough of my mouth. See you all later and hoping for a major PR.

Vision Works Media Group, Inc. Board of Directors Approves a Buy Back of its Common Stock Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VWKM) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen TV, Inc. have announced a Buy Back of its common Stock. Up to 400,000,000 shares will be purchased by the company and retired to the company treasury.
"At this time, approximately 900,000,000 free trading shares make up the company float," said Naseem Shah. The company currently has 2,000,000,000 restricted shares owned by management giving a total of 2,900,000,000 total shares issued and outstanding. Shah added, "In consideration of the projected course of the company, with national distribution and an investment of more than $3,000,000 in the company, we feel the price per share is extremely under valued. Thus, the company will take this opportunity to reduce the number of shares available to the market. No Reverse split is planned for the company."

I have never ever seen one of these buy programs happen and I have been around a long time. So for now I am not putting any stock in that this will happen either.

I wonder if the dilution rumor stated above will have an effeect on the pps. There doesn't appear to be any dumping or unusual trading at this minute. Almost none. Perhaps I need patience.

It's not a dilution rumor, the CEO dumped 1/2 billion shares last week, float went up 50%.

I hope this is not the QBID deal all over again. No matter what news comes out it keeps going down. QBID never had no news like this. This to me is not a good sign if we can not move up. I will sale this stock if I do not see some upward movement by say 2PM today. If it can not move on a contract like this. It may just drift south.

OK, how do you know, besides the post above. Agreed thats not cool, after announcing a buy back. Sounds devious and should be illegal. Say one thing do the other.

I bought 6 million shares of VWKM today at $0.0004. Good move or bad move? Should I have waited for it to go back down to $0.0002? .0002 was the original price I bought it for a few weeks ago.
