I don't think BKMP wants a buy out. They wanna ride this stallion to the winner's circle. BKMP pretty much got rid of their other investments. If they lose TFN, they will pretty much lose their identity. Why would they change their name to "Blackout" if they didn't want to take TFN to the top?

Don't forget the possibility of a Corporate Buy Out of TFN, of which we are 20%.

What would happen if there was a corporate buyout of BKMP? Wouldn't BKMP disappear?
I think it more likely that TFN would be offered to be bought out. Then possibly TFN could be moved to the United States. Of course, the buyers & Sandy would consider if BKMP retains its 20% or sell. Either way, If we sold, I believe we would get another significant windfall and if we decided to retain our 20%, a substantial increase in our PPS would take place.
On the other hand, If the buyout of TFN also included buying out BKMP....then it would be handled I suppose as a reverse merger. We would most likely in this case realize a significant increas in our PPS and then allowed to sell. We would probably see the end of BKMP, when the last shareholder cashed in their chips. Many possibilities exist though!

By: inside_you_again 11 Feb 2006, 10:48 AM EST There is no dilution. I REPEAT THERE IS NOOOOOOOOOO DILUTION!!!! T/A confirmed this last week. The reason for the high volume last few weeks and little movement is because The head of buyins. net told me that BKMP has been shorted 385 million shares in the last month. Which would make sense. He said the short squeeze price of .001 would make them cover the shares. Simply put...if your in now or planning to get in at these Oversold prices this is good news because you can expect a HUGE cover and a RISE that will move hundreds of %'s. The people crying dilution are not informed and want the PPS to drop. WHy would they want it to drop? because they have a self interest of getting in cheaper for this inevitable run. There is ABSOLUTLY NO DILUTION in BKMP! If you hear someone CRY DILUTION please ignore them. Just look at the names....it's the same misinformed people spewing out this slanderous information.
