I don't think BKMP wants a buy out. They wanna ride this stallion to the winner's circle. BKMP pretty much got rid of their other investments. If they lose TFN, they will pretty much lose their identity. Why would they change their name to "Blackout" if they didn't want to take TFN to the top?

What would happen if there was a corporate buyout of BKMP? Wouldn't BKMP disappear?

I think it more likely that TFN would be offered to be bought out. Then possibly TFN could be moved to the United States. Of course, the buyers & Sandy would consider if BKMP retains its 20% or sell. Either way, If we sold, I believe we would get another significant windfall and if we decided to retain our 20%, a substantial increase in our PPS would take place.

On the other hand, If the buyout of TFN also included buying out BKMP....then it would be handled I suppose as a reverse merger. We would most likely in this case realize a significant increas in our PPS and then allowed to sell. We would probably see the end of BKMP, when the last shareholder cashed in their chips. Many possibilities exist though!

There is no dilution. I REPEAT THERE IS NOOOOOOOOOO DILUTION!!!! T/A confirmed this last week. The reason for the high volume last few weeks and little movement is because The head of buyins. net told me that BKMP has been shorted 385 million shares in the last month. Which would make sense. He said the short squeeze price of .001 would make them cover the shares. Simply put...if your in now or planning to get in at these Oversold prices this is good news because you can expect a HUGE cover and a RISE that will move hundreds of %'s. The people crying dilution are not informed and want the PPS to drop. WHy would they want it to drop? because they have a self interest of getting in cheaper for this inevitable run. There is ABSOLUTLY NO DILUTION in BKMP! If you hear someone CRY DILUTION please ignore them. Just look at the names....it's the same misinformed people spewing out this slanderous information.

Please come visit and help DD at our new site for USXP and BKMP.

All DD welcomed and there will not be any paid bashers there so come join the fun and be a part of the Team...

IMO, both USXP and BKMP could launch out of Subpenny pretty quickly, much better than the QBID run to .028...

Hope to see you there!!

Eagle1..................a short squeeze is very hard on MMs. They have to chase the momo and in turn they reinforce the momo while they buy up.

I think it would behoove the MMs to get the savvy contributers to the USXP & BKMP boards, to appear dormant/lost interest. This in a sense would allow the bashers to work their snake charm (with lurker/public) without the savvy share-holders posting the facts.

You know what? I bet if MMs proffered a bash free board for savvy investors...they could leave these well recognized boards and appear to the public as if they left the stadium. Perhaps the bashers could get a few more shares out of the timid while the savvy share-holders could attend a mutual appreciation workshop on your 'new basher free board'.

I think starting Monday, the MMs will be back at it trying to hold the PPS down. But there is enormous pressure through accumulation and any hint of a solid PR would be like dropping a match on gasoline....BKMP is ready to explode.

I just went to the local gym. The owner is an ex navy seal. He is also a martial arts instructor. He started a fight club in my town, upstairs from the gym. It would draw 150 people. The city said the building they are in can't take more than 30. So he moved the gig over to the National Guard Armory. The crowd got bigger. The county DA didn't like it and sent a memo to the National guard. You won't beleive this, but the national guard doesn't want them to fight there anymore. So since then he has promoted even bigger events in the area. Hes adding a live band and stuff. The next event is going to be over on the Mississippi. He expects around 2500 people turnout.
The point to all this is that I gave him posters that I made up about the Fightnetwork to hang up there. I hope nobody comes after me for doing that, but I don't think i'm infringing on any body's rights doing so. And he is now aware of the TFN so he can spread it by word of mouth.
Mike and Sandy i'll bill you later.
