I want you to be right and in this instance, I really, really, want to be wrong. I simply could not find a Michael Lewis at the DTCC. The fellow I spoke with said, if it wasn't on his screen it just isn't there. The reason was is, I asked him if another department might be handleing SNYY because it was restricted.
If your info proves right, I owe you a beer...because I really need it after watching these MMs. I want BKMP, SNYY, & TFN to just start growing. I'm in for the long haul here.

Check out BigRod's post on pg.20 I called Michael Lewis at (813) 470-1573 I never gave him any personal info, only asked him about SNYY divies...he immediately responding saying he can't discuss any specifics with me but that distribution should start sometime today. Then he immediately stated that these were restricted shares anyway. I said I know, but that I want to know when I should expect them in my account. He said have your broker call him directly and he will give all info about the distribution but not to individuals.

Guys...I am not in it for the divi.....BUT, I am starting to seriously worry about this divi. Something odd is happening and I think alot of people are getting the run around. I REALLY, REALLY hope that SNYY shares show up in my Scottrade account soon.

There is a lot of noise on the message boards regarding the SNYY dividend. I wish you could put it to bed and behind us.
I for one am not hung up on the issue, yet the problem is that those who are potential investors are being inundated w/ hear-say and innuendo and likewise w/holding their buy-in.
No buy-in, no price appreciation. If you could resolve this matter I believe you'd see the PPS increasing immediately. Thanks.

I spoke to the DTC this morning and it still won't be until next week.
They are on top on it but it is a process that takes them some time.
Unfortunately we have no way of speeding it up, but it will happen very soon.
Thats the best I can tell you right now; will keep you informed as I find out anything from the DTC.

Is this company going anywhere? I currently only own 1 million shares of BKMP. Would anyone here recommend buying more shares or just stick with one mil? I was never interested in the old FCDH but an friend got me into buying it. What do you think?

I got 11.8 mil of this stock and should be getting 1.9 mil SNYY in the divi, but I am an idiot that bought most of it at .006. If nothing else you can buy in a .0005 - .0006 and flip it at .001 - .0015. It has been a pretty dependable flipper in those ranges.

As of 2:40am Pacific Time, showing up in my Schwab account! Nothing in my Scottrade or Ameritrade accounts however. Probably taking care of the big brokers first....

Something just can't be right though...if the SNYY price were to stay at todays value (.90) when the restriction on SNYY lifts, I just made $45K.
