I'm ready for a fat PR about carriage here. I'm loaded up and can't stand the dormancy. There last carriage pickup was in Sept. They should be due for the next one. That or i'm just over impressed and hyped about the TFN website.

My take is they sold shares they did not own in mid December during the up tick, close to 1B, now due to the dividend they are attempting to cover “buy back” lower.
THE MM PLAN: Sell 1B at .001 = 1M
Now buy back (cover) from scared sellers at .0005 = 500K
IMO that was the original plan…….put the extra 500K into the kitty!
Since then, the company seems to be emerging as a player in a desirable explosive market, symbol change, dividend awarded, company buy back and rumors of demands for the product in the US of A! The DEMAND for the stock has increased not decreased a monkey wrench in their plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE NEW PLAN: Pull out all of the stops to frustrate investors…….get them to SELL……send teams to message boards to disrupt DD, cause confusion, dissent and stop the flow of DD……..rinse repeat……..we know investors will flee when the price stagnates…..hold it or drop it at ALL costs…………………………………..

Here's what bashers do. Lets say I'm a basher and I tell you by Canadian Law, a holding company cannot own more than 20% of a broadcasting company. This is a fact. Now here's the curve ball.
A month ago Mr. Winick stated he wanted to increase the holding interest in Blackout Communications. Well if the Law says no more than 20% then the original interest holdings could have been anywhere between 1% or 19%.
Mr Winick to date has never disclosed this information. I have personally asked in an email but no response.
Now, everone should have really known this information before investing. But none of us did.
Now as a basher I would play this up big time and say TFN is the REAL GOLD MINE and BKMP is trying to play catch up with the big boys. Mind you 20% is a pretty good chunck, but all we know is that it could be as low as 1%. Mind you now, we have all invested already in BKMP, should we worry about this now? Why hasn't Mr. Winick disclosed the amount of holding interest BKMP has in Blackout Communications which owns 100% of TFN?
Now on the other hand, maybe this Canadian Law is not relevant to BKMP because it is based in Canada but corporated in Wyoming. If you were the CEO would you want your shareholders to know this so bashers do not run your name in the mud? from another board

Well I more than ready for something to happen here. It's been a loooong time. Would like to make other plays, but have too much tied up here. BTW.. anyone get their divis yet? I think I read they should begin to appear tomorrow.

Virtually no buys or sells today...all sideways trading...heavy MM manipulation.
DTC has given notice that they have not recieved any authority from transfer agent to give out dividends.
Now what does evryone think about buys and sells?

I believe there will be a very agressive attempt in the morning to bring the pps down to at least .0005 or lower.
MM manipulation will be strong, this in turn will shake the impressionable to sell (panic sell). This way MM can cover their NSS without also buying dividends.
Like you said, only AFTER the dividends are delivered will the pps start to rise.

I believe the REAL poll would illustrate……..Who actually purchased vs sold in the last few weeks…….
I think we would all be shocked!
IMO not selling a stock for the highest price in the face of demand is fraud!
IMO they know, eventually they can frustrate a majority…given time...at the right price and……………….COVER!

the only problem with Q is their dirty financial state... im happy to be compared to them as far as a new network, cuz theyre successfully signing all kinds of talent.
TFN doesnt seem to be screwing the shareholder. If we can get a successfully functioning network, own 20% of it and all of its other media revenues (magazines, radio, www) AND have an honest share structure? we could move to pennyland imo.

The programming survey, I believe, is just for the Albany market. Tried it down south and couldn't find a survey where I could add my two cents.

Interesting day to say the least.
On that note,allow me to say that from many posts today stating sells at .0008 is incorrect..Yes they show on level II as sells,but I can assure you that most were buys.
In fact, I opened the buy this morning at .0008 the bid when the ask was .0009..Most of the first .0008's in the red (bid) were my buys.
This today was MM manipulation to screw with the charts and give a false impression on what is really being transacted..
They do this all the time.
In all folks,this is accummulation time and time is short.
I expect to see .005 next week and before the month is up, well over .01.
We have a winner here and for you folks that concern yourself with the divy,lay that to rest.. Sandy for the last few years has never screwed anybody out of divies and you will get them..
We are now BKMP and this is rock-n-roll time and the fightnetwork will be a big..
