Who invited you to the party? Have ya done the DD on this or read the chart, checked the trend? Miss the train, fine by me babe.
Oh yes I have done the DD. Do you know why the stoc khas decreased in pps over thepast couple of months? Try a little court case they had. Not to mention PMEDW is higher in value then this stock. The o/s is huge now and you will need a massive run for it to pass .01 again. No one needs to invite me to a party for me to know I won't make money in it.

Alex? why you humble yourself like this?
We are friends...you're a scammer...beat it
Why don't you show me one good play you have made money on? All of the plays you post under are diluted from here to next year. Do you even have a trading account? Or are you just here to use **** and Bold letters to prove your point?

Below is some nice DD you guys should post before you go ranting about how everyone should get into this stock...
Common Stock, $.001 par value 28,280,074 ----------------------------- ---------------- Title of Class Number of Shares Outstanding as of March 31, 2005
Common Stock, $.001 par value 52,960,074 Title of Class ------------------ Number of Shares Outstanding as of September 30, 2005
In other words based on the chart posted on the first post the reason for the drop in pps is because of the dilution the company has done. Now if you know anything about the company you will know they have had a little problem with payment of a third party which sued them and take a guess what they did to pay the third party. =) Anyway have a nice day Buytex and instead of cheerleading post some REAL DD. Explain why the stock has dropped in PPS instead of pump the crap out of a POS like this. PMEDW has 1m in o/s you have a better chance waiting for that to run again.

Yes, they announced that they were selling some shares to pay for a settlement.
When the shares hit the market, there was a downtrend.(which would be a bad time to buy) Now the shares have been obsorbed as you can see buy the bottom, and the beginning of an upward trend. Now we have a subpenny with less than 60 million shares OS. Thats pretty good for a fat bounce.
Even a dead cat bounces and this is a hell of a lot better than a dead cat.

Why is the other thread that Jim SC started closed? That thread had some good info --rather than Jelly talking about her panties.

I just don't get why some respond with their thoughts, which is fine, but to continously do it over and over. That's the part that is irritating. Nothing wrong with posting DD and thoughts, bt no need to bash repeatedly. To those that do that..Piss off.

His DD was on for the last few months while this went down, its on the way back up though.
IN CASE ONE FORGETS and uptrend is higher highs and higher lows. Todays high is already higher than yesterdays and I'm betting my bank (since I own shares) that the Low will also be higher than yesterdays low.

Well, if one had bought this right before Christmas when the MM's dropped it to the mid/high 30's it wouldn't look too trashy at .0045. No big deal, it either goes soon or you might be able to buy at a discount again, and play the 25% gains it will have. He probably didn't like DIAAF this morning at .0037 / .0038 either, it's only up 34% at .0051.

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 9, 2006--The Board of Directors of Paradigm Medical Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: PMED.OB/PMEDW.OB) today named Raymond P.L. Cannefax as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He replaces John Y.Yoon, who has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. ADVERTISEMENT
Mr. Cannefax, 57, previously served as Paradigm Medical's Vice-President Sales and Marketing from January 2003 to May 2005. He has 25 years experience in sales, marketing, and corporate management.
"We are pleased that Ray Cannefax has rejoined the Company," said Paradigm Medical's Board Chairman, Randall A. Mackey. "His experience in sales and marketing should be pivotal in moving the Company's proprietary products and technology for the medical industry into the global arena."
Mr. Cannefax most recently served as Vice-President--Asia/Pacific Region for Escalon Medical/SONOMED, Inc. (Lake Success, NY), a maker of ophthalmic ultrasound products.
"Returning to Paradigm Medical represents challenges and lots of opportunities," noted Mr. Cannefax. "My understanding of the medical equipment and eye-care industry and market opportunities on the global level will allow me to be instrumental in taking the Company forward via capitalizing on its strengths and with a more aggressive emphasis on organizational management, sales, marketing, and product offerings.
"Paradigm Medical is the market leader in the very specialized area of ultrasound biomicroscopy. Proper positioning of the Company's ultrasound biomicroscope (UBM) equipment and technology will allow us to expand the UBM revenues and sales base from a global perspective. The introduction of our fourth-generation UBM, the P60, has been slowed by a lack of marketing efficiencies. I believe with my leadership, the Paradigm Medical sales organization can have a very positive impact on accelerating the global acceptance of this new UBM," Mr. Cannefax added.
During his career, Mr. Cannefax has served as Vice-President Business Development, at Vernax, Inc. (Salt Lake City), a privately owned, leading supplier of products for the hospitality industry. He also served in various sales, marketing and management positions at Sprint Communications Corp. In 1994, Mr. Cannefax founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Telecom, Inc., an international long-distance company, which he sold in 1996.
