IT'S MOVING UP! Just at it's 65 day volume.........Up 11.63% today...It's all set up beautifully!
First the Chart.........Looking HOT for a breakout! Nice candle steps being built, the RSI is strong headed north about to cross 50 and the MACD is opening and headed NORTH!
There has been good buying pressure especially today......and wondering if this has anything to do with it. PR Coming? (Just added the PR part of the conversation).

12/22 was the signal, 12/28 pretty much confirmed something was about to happen. I agree lil' looks primed and ready. Closed with a Bid of .0045, and the Ask on .005. Expect a gap up.

I posted on the MGEN thread on 12/27/05 that something was up, it had some big volume that day and was laying there at .015. Probably over already. ...and don't be surprised if this one doesn't last long, it gonna pop, but they might take it down for another run later, before news hits.

Yes, they announced that they were selling some shares to pay for a settlement.
When the shares hit the market, there was a downtrend.(which would be a bad time to buy) Now the shares have been obsorbed as you can see buy the bottom, and the beginning of an upward trend. Now we have a subpenny with less than 60 million shares OS. Thats pretty good for a fat bounce.
Even a dead cat bounces and this is a hell of a lot better than a dead cat.

IN CASE ONE FORGETS and uptrend is higher highs and higher lows. Todays high is already higher than yesterdays and I'm betting my bank (since I own shares) that the Low will also be higher than yesterdays low.

Well, if one had bought this right before Christmas when the MM's dropped it to the mid/high 30's it wouldn't look too trashy at .0045. No big deal, it either goes soon or you might be able to buy at a discount again, and play the 25% gains it will have. He probably didn't like DIAAF this morning at .0037 / .0038 either, it's only up 34% at .0051.

I would love to see some snap shots of when you bought. This stock is a diluted POS like most of the ones you play Buytex and not to mention the r/s and halt kinf (Fatherof2) himself. ITEM 5.02. Departure of Principal Officer; Appointment of Principal Officer. The Board of Directors of Paradigm Medical Industries, Inc. (the "Company") has appointed Raymond P.L. Cannefax as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He replaces John Y. Yoon who left the Company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Cannefax, age 57, previously served as the Company's Vice President of Sales and Marketing from January 2003 to May 2005. He has 25 years experience in sales, marketing, and corporate management. Mr. Cannefax recently served as Vice President-Asia/Pacific Region for Escalon Medical/Sonomed, Inc., a maker of ophthalmic ultrasound products. During his career, Mr. Cannefax served as Vice President of Business Development at Vermax, Inc., a privately-owned, leading supplier of products for the hospitality industry. He also served in various sales, marketing and management positions at Sprint Communications Corp. In 1994, Mr. Cannefax founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Telecom, Inc., an international telecommunications company, which he sold in 1996.
The Company has entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Cannefax, which commenced on January 5, 2006 and expires on January 5, 2007. The employment agreement requires Mr. Cannefax to devote substantially all of his working time as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, providing that he may be terminated for "cause" as provided in the agreement. The employment agreement provides for the payment of an initial base salary of $125,000, effective as of January 5, 2006. The employment agreement also provides for salary increases and bonuses as shall be determined at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The employment agreement further provides for the issuance of stock options to purchase 4,500,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock at $.01 per share. The options vest in 12 equal monthly installments of 375,000 shares, beginning on February 5, 2006 until such shares are vested. In the event of a change of control of the Company (as defined in the agreement), all outstanding stock options granted to Mr. Cannefax shall be immediately vested.
