Actually, the best company I can think of RIGHT NOW, is Google. Honestly, today's shareholders will be tomorrow's riches... assuming you can buy more than 100 shares.

It Depends on one's situation. If you are just an investor holding long term or makes some moves a couple of times a year then i would say no. If you are a day trader then I would say yes.
If you ever heaard the frase Following the Big Money then that is what you want. It tells you all the moves the insiders of companys are doing. Buying/selling/holding. It know only tells you about stocks on the Nyse/Nasdaq/Amex but idices. Gives you info on where the big money is headed IMO. For instance it might say that the majority are selling in the Retail sector and the majority are buying in the Oil sector, in which it gives you a sector to consentrate on.
I Like to follow the big money as much as i can, and it is hard to do. Insiderscore gives you a clearer Idea on where it is headed. If you take the Program I told Warped about (Valueinvesting) and use that inconjuntion with insiderscore your investments would be wiser and safer. JMHO.
It's alot of money for insider. It's upto one's pereseption of trading.
It gives you a 1 month free trial I beleive, try it and see how you like it.

i don't know what kind of news it would take to get this thing to go up. i doubt we are seeing buying because of that. where is ARCA on the ASK ?

Isn't there only so much they can convert at a time? does anyone know more about this than me? I thought there was a % conversion rate. I remember a 9% conversion rate or something. does that mean they can only convert 9% a day? 9% a month how does this work exactly.
It also says they are holding notes and warrants which are "convertible" Is there a certain advantages of having notes/warrants instead of shares?
