People, let's get this straight: Pink Sheets - OTCBB - Nasdaq In that order.
You don't get to the Nasdaq by going from OTC to Pink to Nasdaq. If you're "doing well" you don't get delisted from the OTC on your way up. I hope that clears things up.
To get a Nasdaq listing, you must either 1) Drive your pps up to $5/share and apply, 2) buy a company already listed on the Nasdaq. #2 takes less time. That is what Welch is doing.
And for the record, MOTG has never hit .019. It was however at .19 last June.

As I have stated, we are growing the HNET software application through heavy medical and vision marketing channels and those efforts have paid great dividends. Conversion of marketing investment into real capital and branding.
Think about IMG capturing a billion dollar client like St. Paul Travelers and now about to catch another one with P&G. IMG will do 20M plus this year, bank on it.
Now we get to the real future cash cow of MOTG. That would be HNET and its user friendly claims processing application.
Watch for HNET PRs beginning either late this week or early next week. When you mention such household names as Cigna, Quest, and possibles like Aetna and United HealthCare, well, you get the idea.
I will try to keep those interested in HNET (MOTG) up to date on company events and clients we are speaking to regarding our software application.
Of course, our quest to buy HRVE is in motion and as we make progress, I will keep you updated.

what are you all babbling about?????? almost a page of nonsense...You should all get some sleep, we got "nextweek" not knowing how motg is getting to the nasdaq claiming a BOGUS 1 for 200 split LOL! thats SO off, WORST case scenario maybe 1 for 10-20. which IS NOT HAPPENING. then we got tickle me elmo saying pk is the stepping stone to nasdaq and that he bought * .019? lol this guy needs to take his meds!

the next few weeks will be great. I am fully confident that MOTG will be well known on the otc this will be the stock everyone talks about for the next few months. Yes it has taken a while oh wait no actually it has only been about three months. This company got started back in oct...that is when we slowly got noticed...Alot of us myself included wanted instant gratification cause lets face noone holds pennies. Unfortunatly our ceo moves at his own pace cause he is not building a one month pump crap company that will vanquish amonsgt all the other penny pump crap stocks. you know who they are. how many stocks have we seen run and then come back months later..i bought mbah at .03 guess where it trades now almost one year later...all I can say is h-net is going to be huge now I am not going to say that they are going to be the next microsoft but software companies get noticed. We own hnet 100 percent and they have a product....and it apparently is being used.........i really think we found a gem and to all those that have been here since the beging you know who you are al kat tech az wholehealth trade04 warped it is going to be worth the wait...by the way i used to post under the name ted roosevelt but changed it...in case you didn't know...oh yeah bislep to we all are going to be happy...

Are you guys serious? Open at .039??? A gap down open? Your crazy. I expect to see a .044-.045 open gap just by looks of L2's. We will probably see HOD between .047-.051. And whenever we get that HNET and Cigna expect .06-.08

Cigna gives us credibility.I think quest will be first do you realize that this company has a possibility of working with four multi billion dollar companies there is not an otc stock out there that has that potential. What do think will happen when hnet pr's its first contract with a real company...our little company that was all about soundcity and img becomes a full blown software company servicing the medical industry. do know the multiples on software companies...you don't think real investors will take notice of our software and try to get in early....Everyone here has been worried about the dillution well it won't be a whole if our stock is sitting at .50 -1.00 after all the news that has been rumored. they could pay everything off with a few million shares. you don't think a pr announcing that ajw has been paid off would make this soar even higher....yeah there is alot going for this stock. I will be honest at first I thought it was going to be about sound city and the rumored hrve aquisition along with img but now I feel that it will be hnet driving us.

Aldeberon HRVE is facing delisting due to NOT meeting the $1. mininum requirement. How do you propose getting around that fact? Only two possible ways that I know of, price per share increase or reverse split. If you know any magic then there are a bunch of companies facing delisting that are waiting for your call ($$$).

The word "BOGUS" was not stated in my post. It was an example based on the current price and the fact that companies usually pad a reverse split a bid to make sure. Reverse splits, BTW, normally require stock holder approval. Reverse mergers probaly would require SH approval as well.

I have not stated I don't know how. Don't really even care as MY MOTG investment semms to be doing okay without NASDAQ listing. Was SIMPLY providing some facts for information purposes.
Oh and your 1-20 reverse split at say .10 would provide a $2. stock price at best, you NEED a $5. pps at least.
