PBLS vs. NDOL

The bang for the buck is better with PBLS. Example; If you own 1,000,000 shares of PBLS and PBLS moves just .01 cent that = $10,000. A move by PBLS to .53 cents times 1,000,000 shares = $500,000. The investment of 1,000,000 shares of PBLS will cost between $30,000 and $35,000.

1,000,000 shares of NDOL will cost you approx. $80,000 (Saying that you can get in before a PR on Monday). NDOL will have to move from .80 cents to $1.30 for you to get the same $500,000 BANG FOR THE BUCK.

There are differences. NDOL has a buyout of an undisclosed sum on the table. NDOL will make income from rehabilitating an oil Russian oil field.

1) Russian taxes on oil are not kind. Anything past $25 per barrel on the international market and the tax is over 50% for any income over $25 per barrel.

2) It is Russia. The rules are simple. They change at the whim of the Kremlin.

3) NDOL is at a crux, it must deliver on huge promises on Monday May 1 2006. And hence my description of D-Day.

PBLS has challenges as well but they are not at the crux nor do I believe that they will ever put themselves up against a wall.

1) PBLS oil will not suffer a debilitating tax scheme.
2) PBLS has a string of news coming up to grow pps on. The three service companies, oil production in KY, the TN WY & NV leases, pit production, Form 10, exchange move, and other stuff we don’t even know about.
3) PBLS has service companies and a firm to market the oil and thus save on over head.
4) PBLS is not a one oil field shot company.
5) PBLS does not have a 12 – 1 reverse share split in its history. The past and present buyback of shares alleviates that scenario to all investor’s relief. (Divide NDOL .80 cents by 12 = .0667 cents per share and you get what the original has now)
6) PBLS has a chart of management people that I know exist.
7) I do not have to dig up a phone number and call at midnight and hope an English speaker picks up the phone to verify their Russian operations or call the US embassy there to dig up such information.

In short the cost of the bang for the buck at PBLS = 30,000 / 80,000 = .375 % less than the BANG for the NDOL buck and I don’t have to ride the anxiety wave of D-DAY type scenarios.

Both are moving to another exchange. NDOL is a reporting company.

NDOL was an investment vehicle to build my position here at PBLS that is now over 1.2 million shares and I belong to a group that owns between 7.1 and 8.1 million. I plan to top my investment in PBLS off at 1.5 million personal shares and the group will top off at 10 million shares.

After I am done with PBLS I will ride it out and if it hits a buck I will shave 10% and hold the rest for the very long run.

My counter weight to PBLS (When I am finished at 1.5 million shares) will be UTS Energy on the Canadian exchange.

PS
I have seen the offices of ProGas. I have spoken with many of the top management (No I don’t know any insider info), I have met one employee and I plan to meet others. I will visit the mine next week (I hope).
This is why NDOL is just an investment vehicle to achieve my real goal of PBLS.

Sorry old fellow, but you were wrong. NDOL buyout $2.17. I'd love to sit around and wait on PBLS -- I think it is way undervalued. However, I don't have the ability to wait at this time. [Frown]

I had my doubts, but luckily I was in NDOL before the r/s so I knew a little about it and held on. I got out after the r/s with a loss but bought back (in late [Frown] ) but somehow managed to actually regcover all may losses from NDOL/BTSI plus some profit. [Smile]

I've got PBLS on my radar. It HAS to go sooner or later. GLTY.

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

bellwetherreport.com: The Bellwether Report takes a look into

May 05, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (OTCPK:PBLS), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks. They recently came out with a significant corporate development, causing a market stir. The BWR Research Team will continue to bring its subscribers cutting edge research tools, and second to none customer service.
Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate a public holding company, with over 5,700 stockholders, that have purchased motivated companies in order to enhance its assets and income basis, announce yesterday mid-way through the trading day that they have entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire TCP Properties, LLC, a diversified land development and construction company with holdings in raw land, condominiums and condo-conversion projects, and natural gas wells in Texas.

Paul Alonzo, President and CEO of Phoenix, said, "With all of our recently announced activities in the Oil & Gas sector, this acquisition of TCB Properties should remind our shareholders that we are a diversified holding company with assets and/or interests in sand & gravel, soil products, land development, oil and natural gas, commodity brokering, plumbing, trucking, contract hauling, construction, swimming pool construction and construction related industries."

Mr. Alonzo added, "This acquisition is expected to close within 30 days, and will contribute to the growth of our construction business at a time when the Gulf region is going through what will be many years of rebuilding in the region, along with the continued natural growth of the area that was already in motion prior to Katrina."

In the fall of 2005, Phoenix completed the acquisition of 3-D Builders, Inc. for stock and cash, in an effort to increase its construction division capability in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The acquisition of TCB Properties, LLC will expand the size and scope of this business unit of Phoenix.

Following this announcement Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate traded fairly flat on extra-ordinary volume as investors paid between $0.03 and $0.039 a share. Current this company is down 6% since yesterday's close but I feel that this company is on a mission and we may see some fairly exciting developments this summer. The BWR Research Team will continue to follow the market sentiment on this company and numerous others.

i'm thimking that it will be atleast that. I can't see how this company can remain at under a dollar if the projected revenue of 1 billion dollars is met for 2006. I think alot of people are waiting for the 10k to be filed. I am hoping to see more upward movement before then

Bond aka "code1" hows it going??

I dont understand why PBLS cant sustain a price for more than a day, especially after the buyback...I think PA and the MM's wanna keep it low for a reason right now...In a few weeks we will be happening...

Still think news this week!!! GO PBLS!!!

I think they are still buying back shares and want to pay low price for it.

Alonzo actually mentioned in his buyback PR that they were going to continue buy back shares.

" The board of directors of Phoenix and its advisors have agreed to continue the stock repurchase program for an unlimited number of shares of Phoenix common stock."

Hello Pebblers! Haven't posted much and wanted to reassure any of you that may have thought I jumped ship.

Not the case in fact I still have every share I have ever bought starting back last June *.0034. I have been adding consistently to where I control over 5MM shares and add on every significant dip. Would recommend others do the same.

I decided to be quiet and not fill the board with drivel and only post when I see that some hairbrained scenario is fleshing out after someone had a financial wetdream or nightmare.

The money flow is from the impatient to the patient, alot of company building and preparatory work has been accomplished by our little PBLS and we are now within 6 weeks of the end of the 2nd quarter when management has told us they will have filed for migration and all the associated documents.

I posted awhile back that I did a considerable amount of reaching out and touching my peers in the oil/gas industry in the areas where PBLS has interests. There is only one element that is lacking in the series of acquisitions orchestrated by our newest member of the Board of Directors, Ron Blackburn.

The last major acquisition, in my opinion, is a drilling company with a rig or multiple rigs, it will also be the largest cost acquisition because of the inherent expense of the drilling rigs with the capacity to service PBLS needs on our cross-section of leases. The shallow stuff (1500 - 3000 Foot) in Kentucky and Tennessee can be handled by the air-rotary type rig at a cost of $200k but the mud-rotary rig capable of drilling a 10,000 - 12,000 foot well in Nevada and Montana will cost $2 - 4MM. In my peer group inquiries I was able to confirm they had been talking to drilling companies about the purchase of them so that PBLS controlled their own rigs and could service their own internal company business plan, of course at significantly lower drilling costs.

The pattern of acquisition is cash plus restricted stock and a contract with the pricipals of the acquired company to continue to run that company for 5 years, this coincides with the 5 year restriction on the stock portion of the deal. Now you can see why PA and RB needed to buy back all those shares and continue to do so, all in an effort to not increase the A/S and work only with the O/S.

In my opinion, this is a ticket to financial independence, don't fall prey to those that would strip you of your shares, and remember one of my favorite sayings.....

Don't blink! The one that blinks first loses!

Trade well and wisely.

Your fellow Pebbler, Long and Strong!

USC Cowboy

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)

Just read that over on RB Bond, and I have to say I agree 100 percent with USC, always have...He and PBLS are very knowledgable about the oil business, and to get the most outta the company, it would make sense to complete the circle with a rig or two!!!

Less than 6 weeks til the form 10, gonna move real soon!!! GO PBLS!!!

I'm in small with 50,000 shares. Going to do some more dd tonight. I like what I see so far. I would like to get my shares's up to 100-200K.

There has been a good amount of dd posted on this board and I am in in the early stages of verifying it all for myself. I have a good feeling about this one and OMOG. I am in much bigger on OMOG right now, but I think they both have serious payoff potential.

Good luck everyone and thanks for the great board.
