bond you were one of the people that convinced me to DD PBLS. I came across it based on a volume spike and quickly discounted it because of the gagged TA. You convinced me to "take a closer look" and do some DD.
Also the numbers they are expected to report or HUGE.
"Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate – While "Phoenix" reported revenues for 2004 of about $500,000, the Company has had spectacular years in 2005 and 2006, year to date. In 2005 Phoenix reported income of around $165 million, despite significant sales losses caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Sales in 2006 have continued to be lower than expected because of continued effects of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita that had a heavy impact on ProGas. Even so, revenues are ahead of 2005 levels.
Phoenix expects revenues through the 1st three quarters of 2006 to be above $125 million, and is anticipating revenues for the 4th quarter of about $81 million. This number was revised down because of slumping natural gas prices. Total revenues for 2006 are therefore expected to come in at about $206 million. Spoke to PBLS management and confirmed all is on track for the release of numbers and to conform with what is needed for Pink Sheets. They are excited about the numbers and feel they will reflect an awesome couple of years of hard work that produced much fruit. The accountants and SEC lawyer is ready to go forward and looking excitedly to putting it on the table. They also commented that Pink Sheets new trading platform is unique and well thought out but the goal of Phoenix has and always will be a larger exchange. Numbers are great, share structure solid, total asset count huge and transparency almost here....This will be a huge week and it should definitely see us break past our old 52 week high and who knows maybe even break past our all time high.
The feeling I got from management was the 14th would be the day, not because they gave me a date just a feeling from the conversation they were ready and wanted to beat a deadline.

Actually there is a big wall NITE on 3.3 cents sitting whole day. Probably lot of people who bought on that pinksheets upgrade PR in range of 1.6-1.7 cents (as there were 10-20 milions volume days) are going to free shares now, which is exactly 3.2-3.4 cents range

well of course it's hard to say, but remember the comapny is more tha willing to pay 6 cents a share. I can't see how it would be worht less than that.

Real and Gnulx, what do you see the pps being after the financials and share structure is put out??
Im sure this was mentioned multiple times on Ihub, just havent been there awhile and there is a lot more pages than I want to sift through.
