Do you really think this is going to go up now? I'd expect it to go back to .02ish before it finally takes off. I'm getting tired of getting into stocks in the middle, riding them down and then back to profit.

The MACD has now crossed which will now trigger some investors to take a look at this.

I think she has some legs yet before she corrects!

I just got a head up from RELIABLE sources about PBLS's upcoming developments, this source spoke directly with Paul ALonzo(CEO), heres what they said:

-PBLS has MANY things in the works:

-Their swimming pool division is generating a lot of profit and interest, they are expanding to several states.
-They think they are buying back more shares as we speak.
-The aquisitions are CLOSED, and the question is when the PR will be released.
-10-k is expected June 30

When the 10-k is released it will reveal alot of things that will leave investors 'pleasantly surprised' (His exact words).

I am excited...

Just go to their site wwww.PBLS.biz and read the info on their Oil and Gas Division.
They are talking about revenues of USD 1 billion by the end of 2006.
Anybody believe that? I mean, 1 billion! [Smile]

As everyone knows crude oil has hit $70.00 a barrel. The dispute over Iran's nuclear program may disrupt shipments. To futher add to the supply concerns China's President said on 4-16-06 that the world's second biggest oil consumer grew 10.2% faster than economists expected. With that and the situation with Iran oil prices will go out of control.

OLD PR
Phoenix Associates to Acquire Three Texas-Based Oilfield Companies

COVINGTON, LA, Mar 29, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (OTC: PBLS) today announced that it has entered into a binding letter of agreement to acquire three Texas-based oilfield companies, Sam's Oil Country Inspection Services, Inc., CM Ideal Energy, Inc. and Ideal Energy Directional Drilling Services, Inc. The closing of these transactions is tentatively set between April 14th and May 1st , 2006 and is subject to the standard conditions to closing on such transactions, including satisfactory conclusion to the Company's due diligence review.
Paul Alonzo, President and CEO of Phoenix, said, "We are pleased to be able to continue the growth of our company through strategic acquisitions. These three companies are providers of much needed services to the oil exploration field and will contribute to the strength of our Phoenix Oil and Gas Division. Based on information provided to Phoenix by the sellers, we anticipate that these acquisitions will contribute revenues of approximately $11 million and operating profits of approximately $1.9 million for 2006. More complete information about these companies and the terms of the transactions will be released after the closings."

Sam's Oil Country, located in Kilgore, Texas, inspects wellheads and other parts of the well that are critical to successful and safe drilling operations. CM Ideal Energy Services is a rental company that rents down hole drilling motors and equipment. Chad, this thing never moves too quickly, always accumulates momentum throughout the day, if you have L2's I would watch closely and mirror the MM's.

thats sounds good if you cant watch it closely throughout the day. If you can I would play it by ear. I am thinking about buying more today too. In the .03-.031 range.

Never let a stock play your emotions. Dont get anxious and nervous, do your DD and find the perfect entry, and have the discipline to stick with it.
