Phoenix Signs $20 Million Sand & Gravel Contract
Tuesday February 20, 5:00 am ET
Contract With Cherokee Environmental Construction, Inc. for Aggregate and Sand From Its Murphy Sand & Gravel Site in Pearl River

MADISONVILLE, LA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 20, 2007 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (Other OTC:PBLS.PK - News) today announced a contract signed with Cherokee Environmental Construction, Inc. for up to $20 million in aggregate and sand to be mined at the Murphy Sand & Gravel (MS&G) mine site in Pearl River, LA, and to be delivered to Cherokee in increasing quantities over the next twelve months.

Paul Alonzo, President and CEO of Phoenix, commented, "Back in October we announced that we were moving forward to greatly increase the production capacity of its MS&G mining site. With that expansion underway we are well equipped to handle the increasing volume requirements of our new contract with Cherokee."

Mr. Alonzo continued, "We plan to continue to move a vast amount of new mining equipment to the MS&G mine site over the next few quarters so we will be prepared to meet the growing demand from Cherokee and other potentially larger contractors in the Greater Gulf region for products that come out of our Pearl River mining operation. Based on our latest expectations for MS&G, we anticipate full depletion of the mine to likely occur in five to seven years."

Persia,

I have not spoken to the company...and to be honest I don't plan to talk with them again. What's the point? They say so much crap that never pans out.

gnu,you flip and flop like a carp!! [Roll Eyes]

So, the OS is 800 million now. Thought so.

I watch. I freely admitted this was a "play", but warned, and continue to warn that it is not a long term investment. Learn your lessons from all the others I previously mentioned. Take your profits, and come back when it retraces. Seeing that most "longs" are probably in this at .02 / .03, (or higher), they're still chewing their nails off. It's about topped off now, so let it come back to reality, and play it again. There might be .05 in it, but not this time around.

It REALLY hasn't done anything since some longs have been pumping it, has it? Up 14% today closing at .0195, let's see it handle that terrible .02

Good luck. I sincerely wish you well.

Oil...I don't flip flop all that much. I'm pretty well pissed about some things I've been told. Yeah they are coming to light now, but not when I was told.

As to Will's idea of selling right now...well that's absolutly insane. Trade in for the divy at least, but to just outright sell? Naw. BTW Most longs averaged down big time. There's not but a few people with >3 cent averages. Most of us are between 1 and 2 cents.

I do agree that it might not hit 5 on "this run", but I'm certain that it will hit 5 cents again...so what's the point of flipping if I can't time it perfectly. So far I'm up pretty big on PBLS. Considering I was down 70% or so at one point I'm pretty stoked.

Anyway to each his own. Every year there are a couple of stocks that make it. Very few people get in on the bottom.

Good Luck to everyone...

I wasn't aware there was a divy involved.

You make it sound like I was personal with you over this pos stock. Go back, review my posts. I thought I was always civil, and I might add, accurate with my predictions.

Yep there's a divy involved for prefered share holders. Check the last 2 pr's. Oh and your link to the pinksheet website was for what? To tell people PBLS is a non reporting pinksheet company? I thought just about everyone already knew that. Remember investing is all about risk/reward. If PBLS was reporting and trading on the NASDAQ it wouldn't have the same potential for stellar returns.

Will don't take it too seriously I was just jabb'in. Having fun. When you ride a stock to the depths of hell and back you earn the right to "gloat" a little bit. Nothing personal....just you and oil were always the ones in here warning everyone about PBLS...and look to still be.

Cheers.

Actually, gnu,I'm glad to see PBLS become a decent trading stock again. Since Dec there have been 3 good cycles, whereby stuckholders could recover or minimize loss from Paul's longterm dilution and churning shares.
I like the Noble buy and the increased gravel contract. Good hype & bs. The pool thing? No.
Reverse merger? For what purpose?
The preferred share scheme seems to be a fad with non-reporting pinks. Has the smell of PAIM, with a faint aroma of CSHD pps "reset". Can you sell your preferred shares if you want to, and to whom? Will they trade? Will PBLS be around 5 years from now? And still traded or private?
The OS seems to be 800 million now. About twice everyones "worst case" scenario. Pauls trying to cut the OS same way PAIM did.Just another "git yer certs" scheme to me. I wont have my feet nailed to floor when the dilution machine is turned on again!!
If enough people dont jump on this "opportunity", I see a reverse split down the road. Bad news!

pepa said:
hitman, they are reliable. Last summer they paid per one stock in certificate form 3 cents (as they promised), when they could buy it on the market for 2 cents.

Yeh, and they cancelled it in short order. They can do the same again. They can do anything they want, without notice, with no consequences. And they have, repeatedly. Voting preferred shares? Get to "keep" yer "voting privileges"? lmao. Anyone here ever got to vote? Ever had a shareholder meeting? In 19 months woolin' this stock, I never have!lol

Phoenix Announces Program for the Financing and Construction of Affordable Housing
Thursday February 22, 7:00 am ET

There Exists Today Throughout All Regions of the United States and Many Underdeveloped or Third World Countries an Urgently Pressing Need for Affordable Housing for Middle and Lower Income Families and Also Affordable Housing for Military Personnel in the Underdeveloped or Third World Countries

MADISONVILLE, LA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 22, 2007 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (Other OTC:PBLS.PK - News) announced an extensive program to finance and construct affordable housing. The Company is addressing this need by commencing to build affordable homes for families located in urban areas, small rural and suburban towns, villages and communities worldwide. These homes will be built singularly or in clusters as the local situation dictates.

The Affordable Houses

The Phoenix affordable homes are of steel construction, pre-fabricated and have approximately 1,200 square feet of living space. This square footage can easily be adjusted upward or downward depending on the need in the area the homes are to be built. Construction costs are dramatically lower than any other type of construction of equal quality. There are several basic models to choose from which are already erected at several sites in the United States.

These affordable homes are hurricane resistant and are currently rated at 150 mph wind load. Additionally, where needed, a heavy duty version of this home is available at a slightly higher cost that has a wind load rating of 250 mph. Also, these units are fire resistant and termite proof, will not shrink, split, warp, swell, rot or corrode, are lightweight and precision engineered with complete design flexibility, have a lower cost than other types of construction and have no weaknesses such as wood with knots which can lead to sudden unexpected failure.

Phoenix will provide faster delivery times and the home are fully guaranteed and copyright protected. Since they are constructed of steel and rust proofed, they will last indefinitely. An additional bonus of these homes is that they are extremely energy efficient. Insulation values in the walls are R-32 and in the ceiling and roof are R-55 rated. Depending on location of the home, this will offer a 30-45% energy reduction on the heating and cooling of the home.

Financing

Mortgage financing will be handled by local banks in the U.S. or governmental agencies abroad. The initial land acquisition and construction financing will be handled by Phoenix. Phoenix has identified and believes that there exists a special demographic of potential investors for this acquisition and construction financing phase. These investors are high net worth individuals such as professional athletes, film and television personalities and other celebrities with high amounts of discretionary income.

All publicity regarding their investment will go to the celebrity. Celebrities have their own public relations people who, we believe, will see an investment by their clients in this affordable housing program as a public benefit. This is a powerful incentive for celebrity investment.

Phoenix is confident that celebrities and/or their financial advisors will view this investment as an excellent opportunity to achieve a far greater than market return on capital.

The vehicle for the construction and sale of these affordable homes is a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix.

The First Affordable Homes Project

Phoenix has presented its affordable housing program to the City of Laurel, Mississippi. Phoenix's proposal was met with great enthusiasm by Mayor Melvin Mack and The City of Laurel has a waiting list of more than 600 applicants who fit the profile as purchasers of a Phoenix affordable home.

The Mayor and other city officials have expressed a desire to work with Phoenix in constructing these 600 affordable homes so that their citizens can "participate in the AMERICAN DREAM of home ownership."

Phoenix is working with The City of Laurel to set up liaison with the various city departments to inspect available housing sites and begin construction.

In addition, Phoenix has discussed its affordable homes proposal with several agents of sports and entertainment celebrities. These agents believe this will be beneficial to their celebrity clients with regard to not only publicity, but also financially.

Please direct any inquiries regarding the Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate affordable homes project to Doc Starling 404-983-2070 or Ron Bruce 601-255-4298.

Like this part:

"The Mayor and other city officials have expressed a desire to work with Phoenix in constructing these 600 affordable homes so that their citizens can "participate in the AMERICAN DREAM of home ownership."

"The initial land acquisition and construction financing will be handled by Phoenix."
This means they have money.

I think the bottom will set in around 3 cents eventually. We might test the 200 again, but I don't see any real reason why we won't trade higher from here. I have 500K shares worth of support at .017 and 1M at .015. I wouldn't be suprised to see my .017 order filled, but I'd really be suprised to see the .015 order filled.

Pretty much anything under 2 cents is like manna from heaven. I'm up to about 3M shares at an average of .016 so it's not like I really need any more shares....but free money is free money and anything under 2 cents is free money in my book.

Phoenix Increases Production at Murphy Sand & Gravel

MADISONVILLE, LA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 27, 2007 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (Other OTC:PBLS.PK - News) announced that it has started up a 2nd gravel and sand production operation at the Murphy Sand & Gravel (MS&G) mine site in Pearl River, LA and is now producing gravel and sand at record levels.

Persia and fellow Pebblers,

Persia - Good catch again...how do you find the PR's and get them on the threads so fast? Do you have some kind of PBLS alert system? It only took you 8 minutes from the PR time to you posting on the thread!

Pebblers - Looks like it's creeping up again. I checked the RSI and it seems quite high for the momment. Is anyone worried about the RSI being so high?

All comments will be appreciated and welcomed..

DrZ.

I agree. PBLS is due for a retrace, we have finally crossed the 200 and have strong enough pr's to keep us above, but I wouldn't be suprised to see a retrace...heck I wouldn't be suprised to see PBLS bounce between 1.5 cents and 3 cents until we get numbers. The lower we go the more shares will be returned to the company....causing us to spike higher the next go round.

I have 3M shares and have GTC orders for 1M at 1.7 cents and 4M at 1.5 cents. As it stands this is the best investment I've seen..well pretty much ever.

I'm not trying to pump...actually I'd like to see it go down again before heading up (I believe it will). I think PBLS might be one of the few recession proof stocks out there....assuming we can get off the pinks, and that the oil side is doing well.

I expect great things "very soon" LOL
