I have read time and time again throughout these threads that the MM's are accumulating shares, and keeping the prices low for investors and traders to sell low so they can scoop up cheap shares. I'm confused...are the MM's accumulating the shares for their own personal possession, or buying them for the firms they work for and wait for the right time, inflate prices, and sell off their cheap shares to us unsuspecting traders and investors? I'm still trying to learn the nuances of trading and investing, and could use some clarification. I know I sound clueless at times, but I'm still learning.
Any help and advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Have a great day.

Nope Tuesday Buy back seems to be over or the mystery seller does not sell under a penny or he is kaput
Check the pbls site for cool updates (bestJests) I think pbls is getting ready to bring it up
Not trying to play devil's advocate, but why do you say Tuesday? Astrology world has said I think it was 8-10th is a good time to buy. 8:30-9am CST was a good time to buy on the 5th.

Persia the buyback is not over. I wasn't that long ago, maybe 2 weeks, that I talked to Ron. They are talking about buying all the way into next year. They are only buying about 5M shares a week right now...perhaps a little more. They plan on stepping that up in January. In fact Ron said they would continue to buy shares as long as the price was under 10 cents.
Now that doesn't mean that they won't announce the completion of the 100M share buyback sometime soon, but I wouldn't count on them stopping the actual buyback. One more thing...this is my opinion..which is based on a gut feeling...from a talk with Management....the OS is not going to be 815M shares...I believe it is going to be a good bit lower once it is all said and done...I would guess closer to 500-600M. Of course I am the eternal optimist.

Actually If the OS is around 500M the float is going to be under 100M according to some calculations that PNEW has been running. You have to remove all restricted shares and insider shares. We also factor in very large investors who hold 50M or more shares (Yes there are a couple). I remove them from the equation because they can't liquidate their position in less than a week without destroying the price....and the ones I know have no intention of doing that.

What an unbelieveable buy this stock is imho. The decision to keep there mouth shut was grreat for a long. Who knows where this will end up or how far it can drop

bond I agree. As long as you have a long term out look then the low prices are great....well it's great as long as the company is socking away as many shares as they possibly can.

I've given up on what the bottom looks like. Next week when funds clear I will start buying in small chunks on the way down. It is a 10 bagger from here on book value alone. This is total insanity.
For what it's worth I'm either taking a total loss on this or selling for a REAL FAIR VALUE. I've already written the money off as lost...even tho I know it is going to come back eventually?

I think we are at the bottom at .008 - .0085 . Any news and this think should sky rocket! Screw book value, alot of their companies rely on oil with oil at new lows this and next quarter are going to be good. I am holding till this is back where it deservers to be!!!!

This has gotten ugly....nothing more to say...well yeah there is. We are probably going lower since you called a bottom. Everytime someone has called a bottom since 3 cents we have gone lower.

I would'nt bet on it. Circles almost complete. Originally bought at .0053, July 2005.Think I'll get some "anniverary shares"? I forget where, but someone wrote "buy and hold is buy and die in the pennies". Certainly been my experience.Sure wish Purl were still around, she could explain some things. TA gagged to hide what they've been doing, their legal counsel advises them to KEEP them gagged. Why? Stock fraud? Whats the statute of limitations on that? Could they be deliberately driving the price down? Reverse split? 300 million preferred shares issued suddenly,to whom? Everythings secretive,shareholders/owners contemptible "interferors". Look at a 1,2,3,5,10 year chart. CLASSIC pink. Spends 99% of its time on bottom,or headed there. The Alonzos have been doing this for 28 years. Think about it.

Looking at the charts I can only agree with a trend pointed out on Ihub. Everytime we had volume of 30 million or more days later the price shot up. I do believe we are approachign the bottom if not already there. If i were to buy something I would want the best price. That is simply what this company is doing. The company is nto worried about whether its shareholders are losing money. To them it is a rollercoaster if you want to get out at the bottom then do so. This company will rebound whether in a day or a month or a year. How much I do not know, but I would expect to reasonably see 3 cents at some point making this stock a hell of a buy right now. shareholders are important to companies. Companies also know that if there is a chance to make money there will be people willing to buy shares, no matter what the history. One last observation I have had is the fact that everytime the price of shares has dropped below the BB was higher then the pps an uptrend began. Well we are close to that level right now and expect nothing different. Maybe I am just seeing what I want to see, but I own alot in this company and truely believe we will see this stock where it should be. Also keep in mind the fact of where this company is and what has happend around that area in the past few years. This is a hardtime, but this company is going nowhere and is making new more productive plans for the future everyday. Lets stick with this stock and give it some more time before throwing in the towel and losing money. P.S Out of all the message boards i love you guys here at allstock. I know I am so new and have hardley any posts but I am honest and have learned so much from some of the old timers here. Thank you guys and I hope to become better aquanted with everyone on this website. Gnux keep up the awesome moderating job you do here and on ihub you truely care about anyone in this company
