Little info on Ron Blackburn...
Did you guys know he owned an air charter/freight company that had 28 planes?
He also is a pilot.
He also owned a machine shop that worked on military rocket engines. Mainly tomahawk cruise missiles and such.
He knows a thing or 2 about the aviation industry, I know some thought that this acquisition (best jets) was strange, but given his background it makes sense. And they have the Jet fuel angle too...

It's mentioned under Ron's bio on the main page. While the bio doesn't give all the details Shizoku did have a pretty long talk with Ron yesterday. I agree it should have been in the pr, but hey at least we know there is more meat to go with the potatoes. It's worth noting that long term the fuel distribution center is what is going to reward us all.
Bond: you are correct. You were correct the day you convinced me to dd this stock. I'm down about 55% or so and I'm more certain today than I was then...buying more today! I think a reward is coming before the 2 year mark...but yeah I still think it's worth holding for 2-5 years...or until the company becomes over valued. It's a pinksheet, but it NOT a scam. I have personally talked with almost all of the investors that have visited the company. Everyone of them except PNEW has bought more shares. Most of them are continuing to buy shares. I can personally account for about 150-200M shares that are in very strong hands. I know people with hundreds of thousands of dollars in this company. Most of the big investors here are people that own their own businesses. They understand what is happening. I think we all do...it's just frustrating because as penny traders we are always looking for the quick buck...
I have talked with some people in Az who say they are aware of someone with 50M shares. Yes you read that right. 50M shares. I know several people with share counts between 8-12M. Heck I posted a check for someone on ihub worth 50,000 dollars at 3 cents...that was only a part of his position...he's reinvesting that money.
My point with this whole tirade is there are too many people that have seen this company first hand and know it's real. Yeah we all agree that Paul is running it like a mom and pop. The good news is everyone that has met both Paul and Ron will tell you flat out that Ron is basically running the show.
Oh and here's a little tid bit for everyone to chew on....this came from someone I trust that talked with Ron. Aqusitions are done. They have hired another firm to help finish the audits. Gang you might want to take your money somewhere for a time, but then again you might not. I still believe we won't see audited numbers until early 2007...and yes that is speculation. I have not been told that.

Sound a little frustrated there Thehour, what do you intend to sue them for, you having poor judgement. It has been more oversold then it presently is. It might duck under that penny, and hit an oversold level equal to or worse than the middle of August. It will bounce.

I hate to say it but I think it will go under a penny before it bounces. I could be wrong but that is my target to load depending on how things look.
No sense in fighting the trend I like this stock and I will say it broke my heart but I still think you can make money trading it . Or putting it away for the long haul and I think Paul is telling the truth you will be rewarded. But it will turn some time you just have to be ready

Yep...I agree with will. It will bounce. When? Heck I don't know. However, I invested in this company so I don't get quite as jazzed about the day to day fluctations. Sure my account hurts right now. But I still believe this is the best long term play on the pinksheets....and I honestly don't think it's gonna be that much longer.."very soon" perhaps! lol.
Look thinks are starting to take shape with this company. The gagged TA pisses everyone off to hell and high water. I think we can all understand a delay in filing finacials. What's hard is for everyone to trust the company when they say they are buyng back shares while increasing the AS and keeping a lid on the TA.
Hell yeah it's hard to look at this and see much more than a lot of negative crap. Everyone one allstocks however understands how the market works. You all know that hedgefunds and MM's prey on invester sentiment and uncertainty...you all know this. I'm not saying there is a lot of fail to delivers...I have know way to know that. But I do know that if I was running a hedgefund I would be short on a company that missed a financial date with a gagged TA.
I for one am certain that the company is not only buying back shares but they are retiring them as well. Call and ask...that's all you CAN do. This is their game and they are trying to maximize value for themselves and the "faithful" shareholders. This isn't a fully reporting company, yet. You have to understand they were handed a golden ticket during the Katrina Spike. They sold the crap out of some shares to fund this business. Over the last year they have been trying to get that float back down so the stock THEY own will be worth more.
Stock break down...IMO
The most shares every issued: 1 Bil first stock buyback. 110M this stock buyback 100-300M PA and wife: 160M Ron: 50M ?? guessing. investors I know: 200M Osprey Partners 13M. How many restricted? 100M??
1Bil -110M -200M -160M -50M -200M -13M -100M ____ float about 160 Mil. My estimate.
Actually I estimate anywhere from 300-100M for a float once this buyback is done. Now where are the shares coming from? Well no doubt a lot of the volume has been from people buying and selling false bottoms. Some is the company buying back. Some is us long holders buying more from the flippers. Some might very well be from prior restricted shares.
People a company like ProGas doesn't sell out for no reason. Even more so a company like BestJets doesn't. It's harder than hell. Hey someone posted an interesting article on ihub last night about the mentality of a successful penny investor.
If you can't stomach crazy wild swings they you need to be trading penny stocks and not investing in them. That's just my opinion. A few months ago I was up in arms myself. I've since talked to the company and a lot of investors that are close to the company. No one can convince me that this isn't the real deal. This company is going to suprise everyone when they day comes. There are a lot of things in motion right now. I believe the aqusition phase is over (unless something perfect happens). Another audit firm has been brought in to help with the audits...people if you can stomach the swings then look past the current price per share.
Will is right tho...regardless it will bounce...all pennies do. If you are down big hold till it does. If you belive the company keep holding if not...run for the hills. Yes I'm flipping some shares at this point.
They can have my shares when they pry them from my cold dead fingers.
Oh and one more thing. If this were to fall down to half a penny there are investors waiting to buyt the company..so don't count on it.

Heck I have no clue, but someone is buying back in big time. Perhaps one of the shareholders that recieved their cert money buying back in at these bargain basement prices?
All speculation here....nice to see buying interest tho. To bad the MM's started stacking against the ask tho.

Johnny that's jus tmy way of saying they lined up a bunch of sells at the ask. Probably not the normal lingo. Early on it looked quite promising...no much resistance up to 2 cents...then all these sell orders started showing up at 1.2 and 1.3, etc.

I think we have some accum going on here, and when they are ready it will go back up higher than .025 and stick there until news of buyback or audits...I seen the accum with a couple other stocks i was in, just hold on when they let her go!!

29 million didn't move it since an equal number of buyers and sellers. Maybe day traders sold to close friday and longs bought it up.

Just looking at a 3 year chart you can see that this company used to trade at a penny based on nothing. Back then they had a measly 400K in profit.
Something is wrong with this picture and It's not the company. They are buying shares every week and requesting certs as they buy them. I have been told that the company is having a hard time getting orders filled. When I pressed this issue they said it's because we are requesting certs with each order. They use a full service broker and make this request.
In any event the game continues and eventually the game will dictate the stock move higher. The short can't make money if the stock doesn't go down. They will move it higher and then repeat the cycle...they always do.
