If this has a .06 52 wk high, what exactly made it plummet to .0001 to begin with?

kilerb.... I believe former CEO, Damien Guthrie made a whole lot of bad decisions to drive the company down to where it's at. The new CEO, Ms. Ryals seems to be leading the company into the right direction and looks like she knows alot more on how to run a company and communicate with the public and CWFG shareholders. Expect more press releases about CWFG from her real soon.

Playing Devils advocate

We're all so bullish on this company but we haven't seen them produce. Don't get me wrong I put all my eggs in one basket here but I want to see completion dates realized and what not before I believe this thing is not just another QBID.

cwfg will go to the moon if the company continues to organize and communicate with its investors

I think the new CEO is doing a good job so far in communicating with it's investors. We'll have to see how long that's going to last. Either way, my $400 investment in CWFG isn't a whole lot so I'll just keep watching and see if they can make some PPS gains.

It was a crazy day for RVMN (Raven Moon Entertainment) today. I wonder if CWFG can do what RVMN did today.

1) There was a big forward split (and a symbol change to go with it, of course), making each share worth less than it was, proportionally. The overall worth should ahve stayed the same, but there was a lot of hype for the company pre-split, so after that hype led to nothing, combined with the split, this bottomed out fast. Since a FS increases the number of shares in the market, it's unlikely that the PPS will ever go to it's former highs.

2) The former CEO was not good about releasing PRs. The PR tended to sound very week and PR didn't come out very often.

3) It was discovered that the CEO is in the business of buying and selling pink-sheet shell companies (companies that are no longer active and are usually worthless except that they're listed in the market). This led to the reasonable assumption that CWFG was likely a shell itself, and therefor all PR coming from the CEO was a scam being used to generate funds from dillution/insider sales and/or as a way to market the company so the shell could be sold at a higher price.

4) The PPS went up before because it was announced that CWFG had acquired the right to bid for FEMA contracts. After one hurricane followed the next, it looked like there would be plenty of FEMA contacts for all. And there was a rumour that CWFG was well-connected and well-situated for scoring some of this work: possibly hundreds of millions of contracts. But then there was the the revelation that Haliburton and other Republican connected companies with big government ties -- were getting most contracts without actually having to bid, leaving little companies like CWFG. That matter is supposedly being cleared up, with bidding resuming. However, it was then discovered by members of this message board that Guthrie did not have his paperwork in order -- some documents that needed to be filed in order to complete the FEMA contract process where not yet approved and were filed late.

5) Suddenly the CEO was ousted and this new woman took over. Since it was previously thought that CWFG might be a shell for sale, it now looked like maybe the CEO hadn't bene fired in reality -- and that actually he'd just sold the shell to anotehr company. The question is whether or not this new company is legit.... if it was, then we'd expect a reverse merger, but nothing has been announced in regards to that. And the word was that the new company is a software company and not in construction, so there was hope that info would be released about revenue coming from the computer business, if nothing else. But instead the new CEO is acting like CWFG is a legit construction-type company and that they're pursuing contracts similar to before. Seems a bit strange.

6) However, the new CEO has been great about releasing good PR, being honest about the float of shares out there, releasing some real numbers about potential revenue and investments, and addressing serious shareholder concerns (like telling us that no reverse split would take place, supposedly). And dilution has seemingly stopped. And if the stock buy-back is for real, then that's great news. So, if this is a legit company, then it's undervalued without a doubt, even without immediate contracts, and the new CEO (or COO, depending on what PR you read) is leading the company in a bright new direction. With real contracts and revenu, this will be the buy of the century at current prices. But there's still the possibility that this is all smoke and mirrors, and people ahve been burned by this stock before, and lots of people are cashing out for quick money now that the beast is finally moving again, so that's what's holding us back, rightly or wrongly.

I was unable to sell at .0002 today, even when some sales were going through at .0003 for others. I was, obviously, unable to sell at .0003 or .0004, like I was hoping. And, somehow, I ended up buying a few million more at .0001 -- who the hell is selling at 1 in the middle of all this action and great PR??? (I've got a whole spread of buy and sell limit orders in for various small chunks of my CWFG holdings, but I'm not selling at 1, that's for sure, not when my average is way over that.)

At least my average cost is down to around .00025 now. That's something. I swore I'd never buy more of this stock, but I guess I'm back in the game. Let's shoot for .0005, eh? More? Hmmmm.... that's probably greedy.

And let's stay away from .0001! Why does it keep going down! Ah! Should I listen to my logical side that tells me to get away fom this stock at break-even, or do I keep buying more?! [Big Grin]

I got out of CWFG while Damien Guthrie was still running the show and I also swore to myself that I would never put my money into this company ever. Here we are again testing the possibilities of CWFG. Everything seems to be more positive for CWFG now since they booted Guthrie out. Guthrie is probably managing an In N' Out Burger restaurant or taking orders at the drive-thru wearing a paper hat and a headset.

Don't fool yourself, IMO Guthrie is still involved in this company, I am not sure where but you can be sure that he is not gone [Big Grin]

Friday November 11, 8:42 AM EST

MIAMI, Nov 11, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (CWFG) today announced that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Damien Guthrie as President and CEO.

The company with regret has accepted the resignation of Mr. Guthrie and will continue with its stated business plan and objectives. Read the last line on the paragraph above. That simply states the CWFG board gave him the BIG BOOT outta there!

If you look back to page 2 I did a little dd and found some info about Mrs Ryals and the relationship w/ Guthrie. Bottom line, he didn't want to move to Miami so they created the subsudiary for him as best as I can tell.

When a Pink Sheet says they are buying a billion shares back, it means they are dumping another billion on the market.

As a forum poster, it is ironic that you are held to a higher standard than a Pink Sheet CEO.

Anything is possible when it comes to penny stocks in general. It's only been couple of weeks or so but since the new CWFG CEO, Kristin Mary Ryals has taken over, and things seem like they're improving already day by day. I wouldn't be surprised if they hit $0.01 sometime in the early part of 2006, my best guess, around March and/or April. That's soon but not soon enough. Just be patient. You purchase CWFG shares at this time for such a low price per share so whether you own 1 million or 20 million shares of CWFG, you just need to hold your shares and be patient with this one. I believe great things are going to happen to this company like what happened to SSTY - Sure Trace Security Corporation. Good luck!
