Why is the amount of 9,000,000 shares such a common amount on so many T/S charts???

9mil is diluting by cwfg....We have seem more than usual in the past couple days. Volume is up due to dilution. We should get passed this though.

I see it a lot with CWFG but I also see it with other stocks too.

So they like to dilute by 9,000,000 each time? Or is this just a random amount. Like I said, I see it a lot...

9 mil is the largest sized block that can be traded in the system. So if you buy 10 million, it will show up as a 9 mil and a 1 mil transaction.

Often when someone is dumping shares you will see a huge list of 9's followed by a closing trade.

ie. 100 million
11 trades of 9 million followed by a 1 million trade

Toomuch

Im all in with CWFG...Just trying to make sense of it all. My comments are not going to affect the outcome of this stock. What Im saying that the recent increase in volume is misleading. Yeah the Volume was up over 300mill but most of it was dilution. I aslo think the PR that came out was meant to keep us around for a while before the real PR comes out...Im in the mortgage banking industry commercial and residential and I can almost say 100% that they are not closing on 2/10/2006. You will usually have delays even in bigger firms such as CWFG...This puppy will run but I dont think it will for a few weeks.

Well, let's see if there'll be a PR today, or not! [Smile] I mean, even if they close today, the PR may not come until next week.

I agree. We bounced to .0005 about 2-3 months ago - and that was without the stock buy back or this type of solid news.

.0005 is IMHO easily achievable again now.

Personally, I'd really like to see this stock move to .001 and sit for about 2 weeks. Then, I would have great confidence in it.

Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CWFG) announced today that the closing date for the acquisition for a 56 acre parcel of land in North Central Florida has been extended. The seller has been unable to provide clean title to the 56 acres and is in the process of obtaining clean title to the property. The Contract has been rescheduled to close 30 days after obtaining clear title. Commonwealth also announces that we have two pre signed sales contracts for 40% of the land. The pre sales contracts will take affect upon the seller providing clean title.

well, my desk just said it was at .0000

But it moved back to .0001

Has anybody been able to sell at .0002 recently?

I'm a little nieve to real estate stuff, but from having bought many cars in the past, isn't the issue of a "clean" title the first thing you deal with when you are making a purchase?

Why wouldn't they have known this and resolved this? If it only takes a few weeks, like she said, they had plenty of "few weeks" to get the title cleared and to close by the promised date of 2/10/06.

This is Real Estate 101 stuff!

as a holder for many months i hope this goes much higher.

man go out of town for a day and see 350 MIL in dumps yesterday and a delay on the land ---- TITLE should have not taken this long, this disturbs me -- but on the flipside -- she is claiming to have a good chunk sold

I think I'll hold for awhile longer

I have experience in this and actually Clean Title can mean a variety of things, and no it doesnt have to be settled before the purchase and sales agreement is signed. In the contract to buy/sell the buyer usually puts conditions in the contract to be met at closing. The condition of clean title is usually one of those issues that is stated to be resolved by/on the closing date (if time is of the essence then it kills the deal if not met). If time is not of the essense (as it rarely is in commercial real estate contracts because who wants to spend all the money getting ready for the deal just to have a condition precedent cause the deal to fail) then clean title/other conditions are usually granted extensions in 30 day increments.

Guys, I just bought another 4million shares at .0001.

It's not much, but I'm buying in. Now, if I can sell at .0002 or above I'm profitable.

However, I'm holding until at least .0006. And then again until .001

I hate to right sometimes but this was expected in my eyes. Clearing title can take anywhere from a couple weeks to a few months depending on what is on Title...They could have mulitpe leins which is to be expected. Small or Large judgements but in any case this is very Normal...Im in and staying in. Good luck
