databig, I think they were a little too late to get the ball rollng. Just because of a FEMA # doent guarantee work. So I think Ryals is on the ball to get an emergency disaster division rolling before our next hurricane season to capitalize on the work. There is a pr on that emergency division somewhere. Does anyone have that handy?

Well, even if it's another buyback, someine IS selling anyway. Like with the last buyback, where the PPS felt from .0002 back to .0001 then. I ask myself, who sells such volumes at .0001?
I mean, why should one do this just for the sake of a buyback?! lol

This would at least explain why the PPS dropped from 2 to 1 the last time... The PPS was 2, but then out of nothing crazy selling at 1 began...
