MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 2005--Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CWFG) announces that they have signed a definitive agreement with NW Partners LLC to purchase and develop 91 existing and 22 vacant lots in West Palm Beach, FL. i think there is a problem with news from CWFG...no one saw it, except from the nasdaq site.....? If we want new buyers, do you think we should do something with that? (contact pinksheets, etc)

Yahoo posted the news. I think it's a great idea to inform pinksheets. I posted the pr on the message board of 3stocksonfire.com. No word of it on there either.

I emailed the contact email on www.cwfgroup.net to let them know that pinksheets.com was slow on the last pr back last week. I don't think that one is even up there yet. I hope they read my email.
