You know...its kinda obvious when you hear folks trashing this stock that they either don't do their DD, or they are just followers in for a quick buck, and then when their wishes don't come true, they trash and bash and leave. I'm telling you folks....IMO I would stay with this one. Easy enough to check out its PR's and I feel it has an exponential future!!

just so you know thrutheroof, I've been holding MMIC for 4 months. I've done my DD, and I've talked with Bill several times, and I think they have a bright future, but if they are diluting, I don't want to be holding the bag on a r/s. Just in less than a year they've done 2 that i know of (1/500 Dec 2004, and 1/100 March 2005), I think they will be a high flyer some day, but they have alot to prove to the investment community before this can happen. If you need help with your dd, go to the otcbb information site, and read there past filings. I've posted alot of them in here somewhere.

Hey guys, I'm new to the inner workings of it all... yesterday I sold, partly because I was down almost 40%, but primarily because I suspected that there was dilution and I didn't know whether or not it was going back up or not.

Can you guys explain to me, so I can learn from my mistakes here, what happened? Why did the price go back down yesterday when I was thinking it would spike? The last two big spikes went north like crazy before crashing... so I thought that surely it would have at least, conservatively at least gone higher than it did at it's high of day. Why did it go down and then why does it wait to go back up just today? I know there was a good pr today, but why didn't yesterday's LOI announcement make more of an impact?

Please enlighten me, so I can learn from my stupid newbie mistakes.

I'm kicking myself now that I sold yesterday at around .0021)

Thanks.

well warped i think that overnight and this morning in pre market there was a lot more pressure (buying) or basically demand...and what moves the price is demand.

buying has exceeded selling today so thats why it has stayed green.

my opinion of course

HUGE volume today for this company....you should have waited warped you could have sold for .0034 today!

im looking at the chart for this stock...now notice today is our first white candlestick in a while...not TOO big meaning we shouldnt see any big bullish run down. a slow but sturdy gain today on good volume (mostly buying) which some might not like but it is a step in the right direction. it is a SHORT candlesticks indicating little price movement and represent consolidation (which we saw today)

out of the past 3 big run ups the 2 biggest ones were preceeded by the same movement, but not as much volume as we had today. the last 2 times we had this high of volume due to buys one of the runs went up to over a penny per share. i have been following the price all day today and it looks like we have some support at .003....it just does not want to go back under that price...which is good! i have yet to figure out our next resistance point maybe someone could help me with that.

THE INVERTED HAMMER: we may just see this forming as i type this before closing....looks very ver yclose to one. these form after a downtrend which we are basically coming out of. many times inverted hammers are followed by GAP UPS, that thin little weeny black line coming off the top of the candle is showing buying pressure which was basically not able to be sustained though. its going to be interesting tomorrow!

this of course is all of cashcow's opinion straight from the utters!

good luck all!

wallstreet alert what do you think?

by Warped Mind-Hey guys, I'm new to the inner workings of it all... yesterday I sold, partly because I was down almost 40%, but primarily because I suspected that there was dilution and I didn't know whether or not it was going back up or not.

hey warped, typically you when you find a stock like this that has news you want to buy it at the open. Its too risky to buy later. My experience is that im usually out before the market has been open for 20 or 30 minutes. So you bought when you shouldve sold. Usually they go up some and then fall back to where it opened or lower. once you see the momentum stopping or slowing get out fast! If it be a 8 percent gain or a 50 percent gain get out. When mmic hit I think .32 it stalled for a while usually a sign to get out so had you bought at the open around .26 you wouldve made a nice little profit.
My opinion on why it went up today was because it was such a strong pullback. Usually they bounce in these cases. I thought about buying it at the open today but wasnt sure it would bounce although it did. I used to only do these bounce plays on the big boards with some success but ive never done them on pennies although it happens with them too. Its a good way to make money on the big boards. Probably pennies too if you know how to play them right.
