Nothing warped, I and others expected a bigger run, but it seems that shares are appearing from nowhere and strong buying isnt pushing the stock up, could be dilution

i'm no analyst, but i would say that some of the ones that averaged down, took profit, and probably averaged out. I'm not a pumper, I'm just a trader, and I want the dough ray me, just like you guys. you say shares appear from no where. how about the last few days that every-one has averaged down? do the MM's not take advantage of market situations also. I know that there may be a dilution problem with MMIC, but what can you do. that is a risk you take with any otc stock, so live with it. we all take this chance when we give our money to them, and you get out, or hold the bag. if it's too much for you try funds (guarantee return), or play the with the big boys. take it like you give it, and stop whinning. don't marry this companies (in the famous words of lilpenny) in, and out,,,,,,have fun, and move on. build a tradering platform, and stick with it, and don't cry when you don't do your'e dd, and follow some-one else. All I gotta say......................................................................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just so you know thrutheroof, I've been holding MMIC for 4 months. I've done my DD, and I've talked with Bill several times, and I think they have a bright future, but if they are diluting, I don't want to be holding the bag on a r/s. Just in less than a year they've done 2 that i know of (1/500 Dec 2004, and 1/100 March 2005), I think they will be a high flyer some day, but they have alot to prove to the investment community before this can happen. If you need help with your dd, go to the otcbb information site, and read there past filings. I've posted alot of them in here somewhere.

Hey guys, I'm new to the inner workings of it all... yesterday I sold, partly because I was down almost 40%, but primarily because I suspected that there was dilution and I didn't know whether or not it was going back up or not.

Can you guys explain to me, so I can learn from my mistakes here, what happened? Why did the price go back down yesterday when I was thinking it would spike? The last two big spikes went north like crazy before crashing... so I thought that surely it would have at least, conservatively at least gone higher than it did at it's high of day. Why did it go down and then why does it wait to go back up just today? I know there was a good pr today, but why didn't yesterday's LOI announcement make more of an impact?

Please enlighten me, so I can learn from my stupid newbie mistakes.

I'm kicking myself now that I sold yesterday at around .0021)

Thanks.

Posted by CashCowMoo on :

well warped i think that overnight and this morning in pre market there was a lot more pressure (buying) or basically demand...and what moves the price is demand.

buying has exceeded selling today so thats why it has stayed green.

my opinion of course

Posted by CashCowMoo on :

if we stay above .003 today with good buys i think that will be our new support level.

HUGE volume today for this company....you should have waited warped you could have sold for .0034 today!

been a while since we had a white candlestick this big, can we start a slow and steady gain over the week? we need more news to come out to really move this!!!

Posted by HitMe101 on :

Amazing Volume, anyone have a chart for the last time the volume did this?My Java is messed up.

Posted by CashCowMoo on :

im looking at the chart for this stock...now notice today is our first white candlestick in a while...not TOO big meaning we shouldnt see any big bullish run down. a slow but sturdy gain today on good volume (mostly buying) which some might not like but it is a step in the right direction. it is a SHORT candlesticks indicating little price movement and represent consolidation (which we saw today)

out of the past 3 big run ups the 2 biggest ones were preceeded by the same movement, but not as much volume as we had today. the last 2 times we had this high of volume due to buys one of the runs went up to over a penny per share. i have been following the price all day today and it looks like we have some support at .003....it just does not want to go back under that price...which is good! i have yet to figure out our next resistance point maybe someone could help me with that.

THE INVERTED HAMMER: we may just see this forming as i type this before closing....looks very ver yclose to one. these form after a downtrend which we are basically coming out of. many times inverted hammers are followed by GAP UPS, that thin little weeny black line coming off the top of the candle is showing buying pressure which was basically not able to be sustained though. its going to be interesting tomorrow!

this of course is all of cashcow's opinion straight from the utters!

good luck all!

wallstreet alert what do you think?

hey warped, typically you when you find a stock like this that has news you want to buy it at the open. Its too risky to buy later. My experience is that im usually out before the market has been open for 20 or 30 minutes. So you bought when you shouldve sold. Usually they go up some and then fall back to where it opened or lower. once you see the momentum stopping or slowing get out fast! If it be a 8 percent gain or a 50 percent gain get out. When mmic hit I think .32 it stalled for a while usually a sign to get out so had you bought at the open around .26 you wouldve made a nice little profit.
My opinion on why it went up today was because it was such a strong pullback. Usually they bounce in these cases. I thought about buying it at the open today but wasnt sure it would bounce although it did. I used to only do these bounce plays on the big boards with some success but ive never done them on pennies although it happens with them too. Its a good way to make money on the big boards. Probably pennies too if you know how to play them right.

I bought at .002 and get out at .0032.
That is good.
I am waiting for buying a million share for tommorow at .0022

Thanks treemoney for the comments.

Funny thing is that I bought within minutes of opening bell. I guess I took to long to do it though. Time goes too quick.

Are people able to do pre-market trades on pennies? I don't think I've ever made a pre- or post-market trade with a penny.

Posted by lilhen2005 on :

Where do we go today, anyone have any ideas?

Posted by Treemoney on :

as far as I know you cant do pre/post market orders for pennies. the different ecns dont do pennies as far as I know. by the way Ive had to back out of buying stocks within seconds because it ran up too much. What I do is have my order all typed in before the open. Then at the open all you have to do is push the buy botton.

Good idea. Man, I guess you really have to be quick on your toes.

Good news or not from MMIC, arn't you all concerned that this company's reverse split history? I'm not downing this company at all but I'm trying to understand where the benefits are for a "longer" term hold for MMIC.

any predictions for today guys? AM run up and a PM fall?

Posted by bigblaster on :

Pretty slow today, price moevement wise anyway, IMHO still a decent price for a short term play

^^ I agree, from the trend of things.. seems like we could see 3 easily, and quickly. but cha never know.

shes up some now, .0026 .0027

Posted by Thrutheroof on :

I certainly like where the price is now - to buy. And as far as R/S history.....IMO I can't see them going that route again anytime soon. If you look back in the not too distant past, this stock has had a huge runs.....and although a small company, its growth and projected growth look excellent. I mean...wouldn't you love to be in at this price if it runs up past a penny again? IMO it will do it sooner rather than later.

Anybody think MMIC will rally this week because of this latest business deal with Kuwait?

Posted by CashCowMoo on :

oh we will see a nice jump in the morning...maybe 25% but what the mystery is.....the lunch hour sell off

Posted by Skyman on :

How can I buy some on Monday morning? Put in an order now before the open? At what price? Or should I let it open and then make an order?

Posted by CashCowMoo on :

skyman.....this is going to be tricky for you because it CLOSED friday at .0023

HOWEVER, the bid can go up just before bell opens.....depends on what you are trying to do...flip or hold. .0025 bid 5 min into the trading day...maybe .0026

Posted by DWE on :

I usually wait about a hour or more before making a decision to buy because buying shares right at the opening bell usually drop like crazy. That's just me though.

Posted by CashCowMoo on :

DWE this is true, however....depending on how much money you put in .00whatever might not make that big of a difference.

what we might look out for is ANOTHER possible PR on monday....maybe not but you never know the company is pretty busy right now it looks like.

if there is another PR at opening bell it could maintain.

Posted by CashCowMoo on :

we should also be seeing more PRs especially as december comes to and end and the first quarter of 2006 is going to be busy busy busy!

Posted by DWE on :

I'm going to forget about today. Today's an extremely boring, unactive day not only for MMIC but for all the rest of my holdings. Monday's right around the corner. I just need to get today, Saturday and Sunday over with and Monday will be with us again in no time. It's a sunny day here in L.A. so I think I'm just going to drive to Santa Monica or Beverly Hills, go enjoy the sun and check out some girls. I don't think my girlfriend would like that too much but then again, she's at work. [Razz]
