Timber, the supposed MM signals between each other are:
100 > I need shares 200 > I need shares badly but don’t take it down to get them 300 > Take the price down to get shares.... 400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand 500 > Gap one-way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is. 1000 > Don't let it run 2100 > Let it run 2500 > What ever

After reading about them selling their interests in the gold mines what will this do to fcdh stock? Without getting into wild speculation this can't be bad for us.

12/5/2005 11:23:54 AM "equates to 'about' $0.20 per share of 'value' to each and every share of First Canadian held by our 'current' shareholders. "This is a huge 'windfall' for the company and our 'shareholders'," states Sandy Winick of First Canadian."

I read that and that's great but fcdh didn't go up .20 I'm trying to figure out exactly what that is supposed to mean. I think what they did was a good thing but "equates" and "value" hasn't done much for the pps today. I'm just wondering out loud what will happen here. glta.

Actually after 25 years of football I'm kinda bored with it all. The game has changed so much and it's just all advertisement and hype.Same goes with baseball. Life is too short to be a spectator all the time.

I am new to penny stocks but not new to corporate reports. First Canadian sold its gold operation and Terrablock in exchange for Suncrest Energy stock which is currently $1.30 ps. There are 39m outstanding shares of SNYY. Seventy million shares are authorized aand there are 5m prefered shares.
Sandy has 250m shares of FCDH with 2.5 billion o/s. Now how can this deal represent .20 per share of value to FCDH shareholders ? Maybe I am missing something ?

The math doesn't add up to the PR. Plus, there was nothing on the financials worth the amount he is claiming.

It's hard enough for independent U.S. niche digital networks to get carriage, but Canada's Fight Network is in talks with a satellite distributor--CEO Mike Garrow wouldn't say whether it was EchoStar or DirecTV--as well as cable systems and telcos in an effort to get U.S. carriage.
The network, which only launched in Canada in September, has about a million subs, says Garrow. That may not seem like much, but there are only approximately 4.7 million digital subs in the whole country, according to a study released Friday by Ottawa-based Decima Research, though it predicts that number to climb to 5.9 million by the end of 2006.
But Garrow sees the possibility of getting more carriage in the states, more quickly, than he can get in Canada, given the limited size of the pie.
Garrow, who was in Philadelphia this week, points out that usually the media flow goes the other way, with U.S. nets rebranding themselves with a "Canada" on the end. This, he said, could be the first pure play Canadian independent to make the move to the U.S.
The channel covers wrestling, martial arts, boxing, and other combat sports, and has a two-hour syndicated radio show and Web site, thefightnetwork.com.

Little excerpt taken from the POP CULTURE grid on sports illustrated.com. MMA is big time. If you haven't noticed it's probably because someone gave you a flying roundhouse to your noggin. This channel is the real deal.....yes I'm pumping, but if you've ever attended a MMA match, you'll find out why.
Just rent a Pride Fighting DVD one day and look at the production/sold out crowds in Japan. Only within the last couple of years has MMA (UFC, Pride, etc) slowly started seeping into the mainstream US culture. This channel is going to explode once it hits US soil.
