First Canadian American Holding Corporation Announces The Fight Network Comes Out Swinging on Rogers Digital Cable Friday September 23, 12:00 pm ET
TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- First Canadian American Holding Corporation (Other OTC:FCDH.PK - News) announces today The Fight Network made its debut in Canada on Rogers Digital Cable beginning at 12 noon (EST) on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005 on channel number 427 in the provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick. yeah, be real careful about wantmoneyabc, he trashed by gzfx board by pumping/dumping bashing/buying. that his game. he also uses multiple alias. check gzfx for yourself and be forewarned not to fall for any of his stuff

You all ready for this!!! I contacted the T/A this morning. I was told they were anticipating a large influx of calls today for FCDH. Without any misunderstanding, they told me the activity yesterday did NOT involve any shares being added by the company. They stated according to their records almost the entire tradable float traded yesterday and the company has no intention of adding shares to the market in the near term! Now how the hell is that for a report!! And it is from me!!

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. The financials did state the share structure. However, the financials didn't show anything that was worth $.20 per share.
