The hee corp that Sandy Winick came from is the guys who trade under hccf. I wonder if he knows something about them that I need to know. Maybe i'll call and ask. Kill two birds with one stone.

I use Ameritrade Apex for Level II's on everything except Pinks. Then on pinks i use Alphatrade, which, if you are only looking for pink Level II's it costs $43 per month. If you trade pinks i highly reccomened it

UFC 57 is set for SuperBowl Weekend on February 4th from Mandalay Bay and the card is about completed. The headline fight will be Chuck Liddell vs Randy Couture as these two meet for a third time. The rest of the card is almost filled out as well.
Here are some match ups that MMAWeekly.com has learned about over the past several months and you have seen the latest news about this card as well as several others on the "Rumors" section of the site.
UFC 57 - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
- Chuck Liddell vs Randy Couture - Some people believe win or lose this will be the last fight for Couture. Couture told MMAWeekly Radio last month that he hasn't decided anything. Either way the third time will be a charm for one of these fighters and it should be a tremendous fight.
- Babalu Sobral vs Mike Van Arsdale - Two great wrestlers and two solid fighters in the 205 pound division. If Babalu wins he probably is next in line for a title shot. For Van Arsdale a win here makes his stock rise with his only loss at 205 to Couture.
- Paul Buentello vs Gilbert Aldano - Buentello needs a win here after a bad loss to Arlovski. Aldana is a perfect 5-0 in Rage in the Cage and loves to bang. Somebody is getting knocked out.
- Frank Mir vs Marcio "Pe De Pano" Cruz - Could be one of the best grappling submission matches we've ever seen in the UFC Heavyweight Division. How tentative will Mir be in his first fight back?
- Justin Eilers vs Brandon Vera - Two former heavyweights who will fight at 205. Vera believes he's the future of the sport. Eilers thinks 205 will be his new weight class. Which fighter will be right?
- Brandon Lee Hinkle vs Jeff Monson - Monson hasn't been in the UFC since he lost to Ricco Rodriguez at UFC 35 where he lost by in the third round by ref stoppage. Since then he has gone 13-1 and has improved. Brandon Lee Hinkle beat Sean Gannon in his UFC debut and will go up against a fighter that has much more experience in this fight.
- Mike Whitehead vs Keith Jardine - Two Ultimate Fighter 2 veterans battling it out. Those close to Whitehead believe he was physically exhausted in his fight with Rashad Evans and that's why he couldn't throw. We all remember the jiu-jitsu drill where Joe Stevenson went around Whitehead 200 plus times in two hours. Some believe that is why Whitehead's performance was so bad. In any case Whitehead will have to make a statement against the very tough Keith Jardine the first weekend of February if he wants any additional fights in the Octagon.
- Alessio Sakara vs Elvis Sinosic - Sakara had an impressive debut at UFC 55. His fight was ruled a no-contest when he was kicked in the groin by Ron Faircloth. Elvis Sinosic stood and threw down with Forrest Griffin in his last fight before losing. We all love Elvis, one of the nicest guys and great spokespersons of the sport, but his record isn't great. With 6 wins and 8 losses does he deserve to be in the Octagon?
"- Chuck Liddell vs Randy Couture - Some people believe win or lose this will be the last fight for Couture. Couture told MMAWeekly Radio last month that he hasn't decided anything. Either way the third time will be a charm for one of these fighters and it should be a tremendous fight"
id like to see Couture, Babalu, Aldano, Cruz, and Elvis win. I'm indifferent to the others.
so the PPV doesnt come in Hi Def? that's silly. maybe theyll change that before Feb. last night's fight was in HD.
~BB
ps, but i really feel couture was cheated last night cuz of them stopping the fight for his eye and not taking a break for him to regain his composure... leading to that mamouth knock out of knockouts!!!

Many have filed SEC complaints against them today.
Here VFIN is just the MM handling the order for the company. I talked to them a couple months ago and they were totally open with me. The order comes from another source(not for their acct) and feeds through a computer to their desk where they work the order. FYI, they are a wholesaler only and do not handle any retail biz.
I'm not familiar with FCDH, but be careful you're not just shooting the messanger. The 1 minute I spent googling the co. president, Sandy Winick, produced an old link referencing HEE corp where he was CEO (they claim a cure for type 2 diabetes. Google "Sandy Winick" and "fraud", go to Forteon.be link and hit 'cached'). The same week he resigned the company complained they were investigating voluminous short sales hurting their stock. In pinks it seems the same people keep showing up in new companies with the same old complaint that short sellers are the reason they fail. Usually its a smoke screen for their own questionable management and activities. Please don't take my one minute of DD for gospel, but as a general rule its a red flag. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posts: 255 | From: California | Registered: May 2005 | IP: Logged |
Found this reading PLNI message board. The word "fraud" got my attention...

Did vFinance Investments, Inc. manage your investments?
vFinance Investments, Inc. (CRD #44962, Boca Raton, Florida) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent in which the firm was censured and fined $17,500. Without admitting or denying the allegations, the firm consented to the described sanctions and to the entry of findings that it executed short-sale transactions in a NNM security and failed to report each of these transactions to the Automated Confirmation Transaction Service (ACTSM) with a short-sale modifier. The findings stated that the firm executed short-sale orders in NNM securities and failed to make an affirmative determination prior to executing such transactions. NASD also found that the firm executed short-sale transactions in NNM securities at or below the current inside bid when the current inside bid was below the preceding inside bid in the security. In addition, NASD determined that the firm's supervisory system did not provide for supervision reasonably designed to achieve compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations concerning short sales.
