yes, GLUV/GVRP/MAMG/cirilium is a pink, well documented on on this board as well as at i-hub; an attorney in New York helped broker the deal with NASD/NASDAQ that allowed the company and TA to convince brokers that the r/s was legal based merely on PRs...

If people sold based on one post, then I think they didn't have faith in the company.
You have posted many times on this board that this stock would be up at .03. I remember you saying it would gap open several mondays ago based on news. So far, we have had no news, no gap ups and we haven't broken .015.
No one has called you out on your posts for not being accurate. Yet, factually, there were not.
Most people are trying to give information they think will be helpful to others. Everyone should know that most of the posts are not facts, they are opinions. People should never buy or sell unless they have done their own DD.
Please stop pointing fingers. No one was maliciously doing anything here.

Everything on boards are people's opinions, the only facts are those that come from the company. Quest has done more DD on this company than any of us, and shares what he feels will happen- there is nothing wrong with that
Keep up the good work Quest

Eveyone should remember DIAAF is still on the naked short list--and has been for 18 days. When this starts to run, you will see schb and nite trying to cover.

Yeah, this is insane. I think it's clear that the company is putting shares out there, and that they're being picked up pretty quickly by MMs needing to cover. +/- 15% in 5 minutes ... TWICE.

???? I know I said that and I expected it to based on what I knew at the time and also posted right after it did not gap up that high.Rumors are rumors but for someone to intentionally post something like that was uncalled for.Who knows, this is a penny stock and it could happen, but I know one things for sure,if he did get that message from the CEO he should have damn well posted it right away instead of waiting weeks and give many investors the chance to decide to exit or enter and to also verify the post(based on his OS figure is how I determined when he claims he was told) I post here as I hear things,I don't frontload or delay with any info at all good or bad,I don't need to,I don't need the money either way.
I've talked to Louise today and the O/S count was 543,595,914. The other day I called I thought she said 543,995,914. Anyways no more dillution since about a week ago.
Regards,
Mike
and this from my e-mail.....
yesterday I contacted the company via e-mail,they just now responded with their answers after my questions.

Can you please let us know what's going on with the company. there are many investors that are concerned since the last PR's have be fairly vague such as....
Who are you dealing with in Korea? and We put out a press release today on this issue What company in China and the U.S.? We are dealing with the US Military and Victory Packaging. We will not release the name of the Chinese company at this time (by their own request) Why is it taking so long to set up sales on the web page? Our provider had a technical issue. We are now Live and running. When is the quarterly due out?
Have you tried to contact WalMart or other big consumer stores to see if they would stock your product? Again, we are dealing through our Agents.
Its obvious the company is selling stock and the outstanding share count is getting high, wouldn't it be wiser for the company to inform investors with a PR naming company names and inventory and other pertinent info. Our competitors would like to know. The stock has now hit sub penny again due directly to these issues above, are you saying you cannot keep investors more informed to increase confidence in your company?
Many of us have contacted you and have gotten no response yet. We try to answer all our emails.

we need contract and distributor news that is not with their own subsidiary's... I think that is one of the most silly things I have ever seen in their PR's

Strike, many companies have subs, the parent company is the direct beneficiary of the wholey owned subs,by doing this it protects the parent company.
I hope many here can see whats going on between the short positions and DIAAF and why a good company can look bad (and that applies to any good company). The bad part is that the process of naked shorting can really damage any stock your involved with,in many cases when the company needs to sell shares they are forced to sell more shares due to the shorting has forced the PPS down and this has 2 serious effects on the company, one is the PPS being low and the other is increased dilution because of it.Just looking over the SHO list gives you an idea just how big this corruption is and there is no excuse for the SEC not to do something about it other then they to benefit from it.You might want to see if any other of your holdings is on here.

Now it's just a choice of whether or not people are patient enough to wait out the dilution. OTC investors aren't known for their patience.
