Someone want to give me L2's? The free L2 service says its only up 5% but my ameritrade account says up over 30%. Whats up? One is certainly more welcome than the other. Matt

Not the strong close I wanted but hey, nearly 20% ain't bad at all.
The striking thing is that I imagine most would view this as news of little importance. No sales are reported, no contracts, no mergers, no filing, no projected numbers, just news of online sales beginning. Makes me think that either this stock is on a lot of peoples watchlists and they're itching to get in or the stock is technically ready to explode.

I'm up almost 100% already so I have no doubt I'll hit 500%, so long as we get our early xmas gifts. WFMI and a military pr would be "nice."

I agree,charting any OTC though is quite speculative anyway,they are not like the big boards thats fairly good technical plays,the pennies can move off so many other factors even when the chart says they won't.
just with the Victory contract and assuming the following:
10 % profit margin pe ratio of 10 annual revenue from the contract 24 million income tax not factored in o/s 440 million
10% of 24 million= 2.4 million benefit / 440 million=0.0055 eps 0.0055 eps x pe 10= pps 0.055
with conservative numbers we could expect pps of around $0.06, factor in momentum, rumors of new contracts or confirmed new contracts, then this stock will likely trade in the high teens pretty soon. I truely believe that if this company plays the cards right we will see pps in the dollar range in a few years. By the way what about a buy out offer? Any thoughts on that?

Quest - I am not much of a believer in the ideals that values of contracts or profits in a certain quarter determine price. To me, it is just supply and demand. If the stock is in demand, perhaps because of good news or contracts, then the price will rise. If it were the case as portrayed in turbo's situation then the price would immediately be adjusted somehow. The exchange has no way of doing so except through dividends.
What we need to predict is how investors feel the stock should be valued with certain contracts, mergers, revenue numbers. For example, as I stated in a previous post, friday's pr was nothing impressive at all yet the stock surged almost 40% and then found base at just below +20%.
Many are also dumbfounded by pr's that state profits up 400% for a company, but the pps moves no where. This is because either the market doesn't care or it already move weeks ago from rumors of increased profits.
To me it's just rumors and news in the penny world. From the movement friday with important yet unimpressive news, I feel the market values the stock very highly. The demand is high and perhaps the supply is low.
You said it right though, .06 is a conservative number. We need more development from the FDA and other organizations to express the immediate need for non-pvc wrap. Then we need a pr with contracts with WFMI, the military, or any other large business entity that makes it clear Diamant is the company to lead the way on non-pvc.
Of course then you can argue that what turbo has done is what the market feels DIAAF should be valued at. In that case I'm just talking out of my butt.

permantentjuan--well I am a fundamental player and not a technical trader,I focus on the business and products and needs of the general public for such a product,believe it or not charts can give a false reading in the OTC's,far to many outside influences effect pennies that charts cannot calculate.As for you statement about the Friday PR "For example, as I stated in a previous post, friday's pr was nothing impressive at all yet the stock surged almost 40% and then found base at just below +20%."..I am not sure how you can say it was not impressive if you really think about it,very soon their product will be marketed to the general public,every house wife who sits in front of the computer waiting for clothes to dry or the roast in the oven to be done will be looking and buying at their fingertips....believe it or not the simple little food wrap industry is actually a GIANT and multi billions of dollars....ask Tyco and Dupont,2 of which do not have healthy non pvc wrap at the moment.Only time will tell of course but yes .06 is conservative no matter how you look at it.....announcement on a $200 mill contract with WFMI?....well......no more single digits at all imo.

What I meant by unimpressive is that a day trader, imo, would look at the pr and think, "ok, woop dee doo. Why should I play this stock's pr when another company just pr'd a contract with another company, merger, 400% increase in revenues from last year's quarter, etc." If I knew nothing about DIAAF I probably would have disregarded the pr when I first saw it. Since the market reacted so positively I was mearly pointing out that DIAAF could be on a lot of people's radar. Excellent for us.
It's a good move for the company for sure though. Matt

yes DT's do see things differantly and whats good is that in most cases the "buy rumor sell news" theory did not take effect here which leads me to believe the uptrend will continue at open Monday.

Quest ... so u never consider the TA .. i beleive in what u said about the FA for pennies but don't u think that even some pennies have potentials but they still have problems otherwise they won't be pennies ....
i started to beleive more in the one day trading ...

all is not written in stone but if your going for an accurate TA on a penny stock it seems to be more effective on stocks above .50 and even moreso in the dollars.When your playing with single digits and subs imo T/A does not matter no where near other influences such as rumors and press releases.
