BB, That is one way to make the cash. Another way is to really do the due and believe in the company you are buying. I would venture to say that if one loaded up on this, say 1MM or more shares, that in the end that person would be ahead of those like yourself trying to time the market.

I think they'll have to r/s or do something pretty spectacular. I know WHG doesn't agree--but I don't think they'll hit the NAS in the next 12 months.

bb--dont get my wrong, I totally realize I would have made a bundle in the past few weeks selling in the 8s and buying back at 7....I'm just not confident enough about my ability to get back in with this stock.
Some people are great at timing, I'm not. I think ultimately we are going up from here, so I'd rather just wait.

aznasdq, You might be right and I might be wrong but I beleive the odds are in my favor. I've been doing this a long time now. Granted I havn't done it with penny stocks, I'm still trying to learn the mojo bojo here but it's basicly the same as any other big cap, when it comes to trading.
The 10k release was b/s IMO. Followed by No Pr with accusition deal. ceo got 13 mil shares of stock, and a nice pay raise. they spent 1.1 million to get 3 million in 6 months of revenue. Nothin about there other company h-net on revenue and nothin about when Inmark will be done and who is there next traget.
Just basicly alot of people hoping for the best here. IMO. I might be wrong when it comes to this stock hiting .04 but i'm willing to take that chance.

BB-- I agree with you the compensation was too high. They should have been looking more toward their bottom line for this k. Not taking a loss would have been smart IMO.

reverse triangular merger= When the subsidiary of the acquiring corporation merges with the target firm. In this case, the subsidiary's equity merges with the target firm's stock. As a result of the merger, the target would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the acquirer and shareholders of the target would get shares of the acquirer

BB, Made a small fortune on QBID, believe it not, the key is to buy a truckload at or near the bottom and then sell into buying strength. Made several hundred thousand buying GCCP in the 3's-5's and then selling into runs. The key for me is to buy A LOT at a fairly low pps and then wait for the build before selling. Trading in and out might work best for you, but I prefer loading up and then selling after we start to get topsy. JMHO.
Money to be made either way.
Obviously, you feel the odds are in your favor as I feel the same regarding my approach. Just for grins, let's see who is closest. I say the run hasn't even started yet and that those who bought in the 4's are long gone. At least most are, if not all.

Reverse mergers are usually used in place of an IPO when a private company wants to go public by buying a dormant shell that is already on the BB. But if one wanted to get on the naz smallcap, couldn't it work the same way? I ask the question because we know the great and powerful AW is working on at least one BIG acquisition. Which should be decided SOON.

We are working on a few transactions now and we believe those transactions will propel our revenues beyond $50,000,000. Should we complete the transactions now under consideration, we will be in a position to list on a national exchange. We plan to list on the larger exchange concurrently with the transaction."

we need some more mm's to kick NITE's A**. It is a testament to their power that they can hold this down for so long. Maybe we should be buying shares of Knight Capital Group!!

PR has the same news that we've all been talking about, nothing new. Hasn't affected the pps and IMO it probalby won't until one of the new acquisitions is finalized. Then things could get interesting if especially if they are serious about listing on a national exchange next year. I'm in for the long haul on this one, as it seems to have a lot of potential for growth. Seems like the recent increase in pps was a result of the potential 10K which is already out, so we need some big news to get this moving again. IMO. GLTA

I agree that we definitely need something significant. The purpose of the last PR was just to catch the eyes of those who may have missed the original. I don't think anyone was expecting any spectactular results from it (though I'm sure we were all hoping anyways).
Come on MOTG... where are all those fantastic PRs that we've been promised? Hopefully soon. Has anyone got any good info from welch lately?
