ok i am watching l2 and am of the opinion that our problem lies on the buy side. If and when we get more interest we can push the bid. Nite jumps up anytime someone else raises bid but right now the next closest is .07 so as we get the word out about MOTG and folks buy we can push him higher. it doesn't take much....

I just got 8,000 more. I wonder why there's not more action today. Even if banks are closed, if this is that big of an announcement, whey aren't people buying from home and work?

Wow, my curse even holds up after news... Buy at .09 and boom, we're down to the mid 8's. I should be hired by the MM's to keep stocks down. All I have to do is buy them... Hell football teams should pay me to bet on their opponents! The other team is generally guaranteed to lose if I do!

Killerb... if you had the day off, would you go home and work? I think that traders in general know that many aren't in the marketplace today.
Everyone, don't be disappointed... I'm sure Monday will be a much more exciting day once the workforce is back in full force. Look at this as a good (and rare) opportunity to get your funds together and buy more stock while it's still cheap, like a one-day sale. And let's not forget, if it closes up from open even a little... it's still up and we're still green.

remember the old 'buy on rumor - sell on news'. Actually we have added 15% despite the holiday and despite the PR that frequently results in early profit taking...so, I am quite optimistic that we will reach .10 - by the time the next PR comes out...

Greetings boys and girls--only checking in for a minute.
Here's my take--the news wasn't good enough to lure in additional investors and that's why the bid is so damn thin... three million in revenues is a little lower than we were hoping for (and don't bother to write back about timing of acquisitions, I get it...it was still low for the first five months)
But the news wasn't bad enough for those in over .06 to sell. I hear rumors the 10Q is coming out next week (we'll see) and that would show more of the revenues. If they do close the inmarket deal then I think we will see some action. But I am curious to see the structure of that deal and what it will do to their financials.
My question is--where are the revenues from the other acquisitions? hnet and demarco? I assume they are not inlcluded because they happened after June 30th. Also, when they quote revenues for sound city are they talking about their 51% share or the the total revenues for sound city?
Bottom line is I'm not selling right now. I think this is going to more of a slow climber over ther the next few weeks until inmarket is closed.

Katrina, Demarco will be a few years down the rode before they see any good revenue. The hype is with Oil/Gas and that is Fading now. H-net is also a ? for me, they showed 0 dollars and they should have showed something because they did own it for a while now.Imo. Sound city was for the Total Revenue for 6 months as a hole.IMHO.
What gets me is the fact that when i bought MOTG back in June, 13 million shares wasn't issued to welch along with his salary increase or it wasn't public at the time.
This is a qoute from welch back when they annoused the h-net deal.
(Further growth in revenues and planned acquisitions from the Electronics sector are expected to generate in excess of $25 million in 2005.) The only electronic sector i know about is the Sound city one. They as of yesterdays 10k generated 3 million. Now please help me here? Do you think that they will make 22 Million by end of year with sound city? Don't think so.
Another thing that puzzles me is that Sound City added LCD-PLASMA Tv's to there line of products (which is good) but if you compare them and beleive me people that buy these tv's do compare them, Sound city is the most expansive around. I wonder how well there doing with them? I would be surprised if they are doing poorly with them.

OK GUYS... LISTEN UP. FOR THIS WILL MAKE US BETTER INVESTORS! I talk this over with my wise-colleges and they explained why this stock isn't rising like we expected.
When people buy, they don't buy in the same quantity as they sell. And people normally don't sell on rumors. So, when news become official... people that held shares for months, SELL SELL SELL. And overall, there's more shares dumped then bought.
Overtime, people will buy back shares in small amounts... until the next PR hit.
In other words, blake was right... 'buy on rumor - sell on news'

Bigbuyer...notice the word PLANNED aquistions...none of us know just exactly MOTG has under construction for the future 2 months...there is supposed to be some very good aquistions to happen in the near future..maybe as early as next week. I do agree with you that the 10K and the pr do look more into the future and not whats happening in the past 6 months...but with a few aquistions, they could very well fit that number of 25 Million in revs by the end of the year...the onyl thing that matters right now is that the 10K was good..and that the next few weeks look to be exciting and hopefully profitable. And the Sound City revenue has to be for their share (51%) of the company..they would have no reason to post the revs for the part they didn't own...it's not money that would affect their company. I just registered last month, no pump and dump here; I'm still in and ahead. We did get some converts from RB because of all the bashers there. If you read through all the posts in the MOTG(E) threads, everyone is just pretty laid back and cool. A good atmosphere attracts people.
BTW, the PR on the 10K was NOT posted on all the news wires for some reason. That coupled with today being a holiday and a Friday IMO explains at least some of the slow day.

We need more and/or stronger marketing channels. The news just hasn't hit the street like it should. A google news search resulted in only game lounge and marketwire having picked up the news. There could be good news next week (according to my crystal ball)... so if it's played out right, we'll rock.

I'm optimistic. I really don't see it going down much, if at all. The 10K is out of the way. Any subsequent PR(s) announcing completed and/or pending aquisitions can only bolster the price.
If anyone thought that truly was a bad K, this being Friday, the pps would have plummeted. Come Monday, anyone who didn't see the K, and has MOTGE on their streamer will see that there is no info, that the 'e' has dropped, and will take note as to why.
And, whoever rated me a 1; real nice. Hope you feel better.

Funny.. I really have not posted anything much.. most of my posts have been facts or just chatting... nonetheless I was also rated a one today by more the a single indivudual... I am supposed to have money in my account today, and have yet to be told it would not be there because of the holiday. But just now got off the phone with my agent, and he said that is exactly the reason the money is not there. Dang!
