Hey. Can Somone help me here please? With you elite Contacts can you find out WHY Motg hasn't annoused the Inmark to be complete. All they did was annouse a down payment But it wasn't what the MM's want.

BB, I believe that's the PR Welch is working on. Didn't want to issue it with the E still attached. MOTG's website lists IN already as a profile company, and the CEO of IN has issued statements being glad to work with MOTG. We're hoping today.

BB: As I understand it the InMarketing closing got held up with the delayed K & Q filings. They weren't going to close until their lawyers/accountants could thoroughly review MOTG's books, as well as ascertain that MOTG was completely compliant.
If you've done the due on the InMarketing Group you'll know that Perlmutter & Weiss have an impeccable track record in the incentive industry & IMO they weren't going to proceed until all of their expectations were met.
Judging from all the digging I've been doing over the past 2 months I believe that all parties are finally ready to commence with the official closing.
Of course this is entirely my own personal speculation but there's plenty of clues to suggest this is indeed the case as others have been suggesting.
The best part for me is that although I believe InMarketing is a foregone conclusion I really think the $40 million acquisition is far closer than the market thinks...& there'll be no delayed filings to hold it up! Could be one heck of a one-two punch!!!

When the mm's know bad news is coming they'll run it up artificially but their favourite trick by far is to crash the pps as much as possible when they know good news is coming. ARCA helped them yesterday but too many buyers stepped in late day yesterday recognizing the bargain prices IMO. When the news finally hits we'll see how much the mm's have accumulated & how close they think the BIG $40 million may be! GLTA

Warped! I had No Idea. I was talking Alot about Motg Comming down to .04 when I sold at .08. They never really gave me an explaination WHY But My wife went onto her email account and she received an email from them stating to the fact that we cann't have 2 accounts under the same ISP on Allstocks.
I think that was just an excuse. I think some one Got psst with me and made up stories to people with Allstocks.
After I e-mailed them to have them Fully explain to me why I was Banned Thats when I was allowed to Post again.

Well, BB... I can understand. I used to have my own forum. If you have two names from the same IP, it appears that this is one person pretending to be two people. It's a reasonable misunderstanding. Whether or not there were other real motives behind it, I don't know... but the reason they gave you makes sense.

Warped. They never gave me a reason. They just sent that email when they banned both names. Yes. I do understand about Multiple names and how it could be used.
But. There are alot of people who have more than 2 names on these boards. You could tell on how they Type, React, Think etc.
Thats why I like Kat, But mE AND WHGT have Problems. Hmm I wonder why?

BB: I'm still of the belief that the only reason NITE quit shorting MOTG was because that AJW group offered to cover them with their conversions. Conspiracy theory? Definitely LOL. But if these 2 expected acquisitions come down the pike & NITE leads the charge to the stratoshpere who cares right!!! The mm's always win & the problems encountered here over the past 2 months gave them ample opportunity to do with us what they wanted.
I still maintain that when InMarketing is announced the market will no longer question Welch's resolve! We've maintained a great group of core holders here & solid fundamentals always trump the pain! Welch is preparing to deliver the goods & follow through on his lofty aspirations! We either trust him by sticking with our early positions here or we don't...either way...we're gonna find out soon how much fire was beneath that smoke right LOL:)
