What a crazy day to miss! I'm kind've glad the SB2 investors decided to convert during the 1st 3 weeks of this month.
Now there'll be no downward pressure when the acquisitions are delivered.
NITE quit shorting at the end of November & the SB2 conversions we've had to endure so far this month should be just about complete.
No warrant registrations to date so IMO nothing left to cap the upward momo acquisition news will create.
Let's see how broad a scope Friedland's re-appointment to IR will entail. Acquisition news will validate the 47 million O/S & show how severely under-valued MOTG is.
The mm's always win...they shook a few more shares loose & are ready to let 'er run now IMO. As long as Welch/Friedland's do their part...we should be in for a nice christmas!

Hope you're cueing up Money Talks about now. From the sound of it, looks like we're about to rock
Thnx for the welcome Aldeberon...unfortunately(fortunately) I'm off work 'til the new year so have no way of finding out why RB TOS'd me.(Was registered on RB with company email addy).
Anyways...the only reason I never posted here previously was because I was too lazy to create an account & learn how this forum operates lol.
Great to be here...tired of all the raging bull anyways! And yes I agree...the time has finally arrived to rock! Been a real grind & I'm sure we've lost some impatient/frustrated holders along the way but...all's well that ends well...& IMO once we start...there will be no end in sight...bring on the goods Welch!!!!

Just so everyone here knows...last Tuesday Dec. 13th I was furious with Welch when I thought for a minute the Q wasn't going to hit & we were all watching ARCA hammer the ask again.
When I finally contacted Welch I expressed my deep dismay with his SB2 investors still converting shares. Welch advised me to review the SB2 & realize the investors only had so many shares they could convert & that he(Welch) couldn't stop them from converting.
I asked Welch why they would be converting now instead of waiting for positive material events & he said who knows...but if they're converting now then there'll be less dilution when positive developments occur right.
I then reviewed the SB2 & thought about how many shares have been converted & reviewed my due diligence since buying MOTG just prior to October 15th. I finally realized that this SB2 dilution this month was pretty much complete simply due to the fact that IMO the SB2 investors have now recouped most of their $1.5 million.
The only reason I'm posting these thoughts is so everyone is aware that dilutive effects can easily be mis-interpreted. This recent dilution was not the company dumping shares. It was simply the SB2 investors deciding to convert. Who knows why they chose to convert now but the best part is that they're out of the way now so when positive fundamental news is announced...we won't have to overcome them.

Thnx WM...great to be here...did some catching up on the posts here...excellent dd by you & others!!! Now that I'm here...I'll finally rid myself of the negative energy of some RB posters. This will be my new home with all of you more civilized posters:)

We've had a heck of a lot to endure here these past couple of months! I can admit I never saw the main drawbacks that would stall the upward momentum the Oct. 3rd InMarketing PR originally created ...let's do a quick review of the unforeseen negatives:
-No InMarketing Group closing on October 15th as expected -10KSB delayed 3 weeks -NITE shorting the entire month of November -10QSB delayed 3 weeks -SB2 investors deciding to convert in December
We really couldn't have had a worse hand dealt to us these past 2 months but yet we're still sitting just 2 tenths of a penny under a nickel while the O/S has increased over 50%!
The way I see it, the negatives we've had to endure are now over & done with!
-10KSB & 10QSB have both been filed & were both completely inline with expectations. -NITE quit shorting at the end of November & has now covered his short in December courtesy of the SB2 conversions. -InMarketing Group principals can now proceed with the closing because there's no more unknown financials & MOTG is 100% compliant. IMO this was the only legal roadblock in closing this acquisition.
So here we are free of the negatives I had not originally banked on. And what's kept me here is Welch's incredible drive to succeed & my belief that now that the negative roadblocks are out of the way, validation is finally upon us.
Validation will come in the form of the 2 expected acquisitions. InMarketing & the Naz company! IMO the Naz company is closer than the market may think! Throughout all the delays I believe Welch was working away behind the scenes hammering out the details of the Naz acquisition. I won't speculate further but I honestly believe it's close. Last weeks $700K funding announcement is my main reason for this belief. After all...you hammer out the details, then you secure the funding right! So IMO it only stands to reason that last weeks funding PR is a strong sign of the BIG announcement to come!
All JMO...everyone must always do their own due...MOTG's got 47 million O/S & with the InMarketing closing will have approx. $23 million in revs. Draw your valuation models accordingly! GLTA:)

Thanks Ted! I bet Friedland got them their $700K funding though. Call it a faux pas to explain their inclusion at the bottom of last thursdays PR lol.
Friedlands does still maintain a great relationship with Welch after all. I remember calling Jesse after their contract had run out & he had nothing but positive things to say about Welch & it was him who originally put me in touch with Welch. I haven't asked Welch directly but would not be surprised in the least to learn that Friedlands found the new group of investors for MOTG:)

Ted I bet it was him who got me TOS'd. He's a complete nut case...posted his entire medical record including personal info on MBAH board & ever since then has had a close contact with the guy who answers the phone at RB. I should've just ignored him last week but decided to expose his newest alias. Funny how I get banned yet he's there posting away in clear violation of their supposed multiple alias rules. RB is run by one guy who decides who to ban...I can live without that bs board anyways. glty:)

Jag, er, doog... (gonna be weird getting used to that)
IMO, Welch has always meant well and has always followed through. I trust the guy (at least so far) and don't think he's gonna do anything unethical. I believe his only problem has been not being able to figure in delays when letting us know when something will be filed, announced, or completed. He's very good about communicating with the shareholders and I think, as far as officers of penny companies goes, he's a great example for others to model themselves after.

Hoping for good news tomorrow. I believe I have pissed welch off with my super-friendly emails, so I haven't heard back from him today.

Hey People. Figured you might like this I couldn't stop laughing when I read this. Too Funny !
On Thursday, 24 January 2002, Derek Guille broadcast this story on his afternoon program on the ABC.
In March, 1999 a man living in Mudgee in NSW received a bill for his as yet unused gas line stating that he owed $0.00. He ignored it and threw it away.
In April he received another bill and threw that one away too. The following month the gas company sent him a very nasty note stating they were going to cancel his gas line if he didn't send them $0.00 by return mail. He called them, talked to them, and they said it was a computer error and they would take care of it.
The following month he decided that it was about time that he tried out the troublesome gas line figuring that if there was usage on the account it would put an end to this ridiculous predicament. However, when he went to use the gas, it had been cut off.
He called the gas company who apologised for the computer error once again and said that they would take care of it. The next day he got a bill for $0.00 stating that payment was now overdue. Assuming that having spoken to them the previous day the latest bill was yet another mistake, he ignored the bill, trusting that the company would be as good as their word and sort the problem out.
The next month he got a bill for $0.00. This bill also stated that he had 10 days to pay his account or the company would have to take steps to recover the debt. Finally, giving in, he thought he would beat the company at their own game and mailed them a cheque for $0.00.
The computer duly processed his account and returned a statement to the effect that he now owed the gas company nothing at all. A week later, the manager of the Mudgee branch of the Westpac Banking Corporation called our hapless friend and asked him what he was doing writing cheque for $0.00.
After a lengthy explanation the bank manager replied that the $0.00 cheque had caused their cheque processing software to fail. The bank could therefore not process ANY cheques they had received from ANY of their customers that day because the cheque for $0.00 had caused the computer to crash.
The following month the man received a letter from the gas company claiming that his cheque has bounced and that he now owed them $0.00 and unless he sent a cheque by return mail they would take immediate steps to recover the debt.
At this point, the man decided to file a debt harassment claim against the gas company. It took him nearly 2 hours to convince the clerks at the local courthouse that he was not joking but convince them he did and they subsequently assisted him in the drafting of statements which were considered substantive evidence of the aggravation and difficulties he had been forced to endure during this debacle.
The matter was heard in the Magistrate's Court in Mudgee and the outcome was this: The gas company was ordered to:
[1]Immediately rectify their computerised accounts system or show cause, within 10 days, why the matter should not be referred to a higher court for consideration under Company Law.
[2]Pay the bank dishonour fees incurred by the man.
[3]Pay the bank dishonour fees incurred by all the Westpac clients whose cheques had been bounced on the day our friend's had been.
[4]Pay the claimant's court costs; and
[5]Pay the claimant a total of $1500 per month for the 5 month period March to July inclusive as compensation for the aggravation they had caused their client to suffer.
I guess why I was laughing so hard is because I had the same problem one time But the company rectified the problem before it got out of hand like that did. Too Funny.

Ironic that you say that... I never bothered to sign up at RB because they have a very crappy bulleting board. Very unuser friendly and non-intuitive. Oh yeah... and it's just a tad hostile there too.

Welcome to the board, Jag and others. Looks like I won't have to keep an RB window open to sift through all the garbage to find the real posts. Hmmm (looking at our thread), there's the pot calling the kettle black.
