Figures, the company is from the south, and the CEO is "Robert E. Lee" - come to think of it, the original Robert E. Lee was fond of saying "Patience is a virtue" as well......

Guys I got out of this company long ago, because some things just don't add up. I have a feeling this is nothing but a p&d, some guy's personal welfare system. Here are some numbers from the third quarter, which ended Sept 30th: Cash = $1658 Real Estate = $764,761 (I bet he's living in it) ---- Revenue = $0 Loss = $55261 (Biggest expense: General & administration)
OS increased almost 100 million from last quarter, and AS is now 1 billion. The 10Q mentions nothing about past and current developments. After looking through all its PR's, you can't help but wonder, laugh out loud, and shake your head about how a company with this financial status and limited resources can do all those things: attain hundreds of millions in deals, and tens of millions in finances.
Remember this: "Empyrean Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:EPYH), a national real estate holding company, announced today that together with its business partner, United Construction Group (UCG), it has broken ground on its project in Kewaskum, Wisconsin." What BS. UCG doesn't even have that project in its portfolio: http://unitedconstructiongroup.com/
Sorry guys, but my DD says this company is not genuine.
