Spread is excellent. Everything at the ask except 9,875 shares Up 3.08% Low O/S ready to explode. Radar this one, I think you will be glad you did.

Empyrean management is currently preparing to open an office in the New Orleans area for these partnerships and will begin to pursue contracts immediately. Coordination efforts are already underway to build a very efficient and effective infrastructure to pursue what seems to be an almost limitless amount of work available as a result of the disaster.
I'll call bobby and see what he says, but I already know its imminent.

I talked to Bobby late yesterday. The New Orleans office is active. Says he is very busy working on SEC filings and taking care of business. Good things are afoot as usual, very upbeat about the sucess of the Co. Don't panic and give your shares away, this will be big when the SEC filings and news hits.

Mr Lee has been the king of PR's. Did he say why he hasn't issued a pr about the New Orleans office?

The only thing I could get him to say about the next PR is that it will tie some things togeather. I have some thoughts on that statement. What are some of yours cweston?

I think he must issue a solid PR. It's never been this long between them so I would think the next one will close up some loose ends. If he puts solid news on the New Orleans work with United Construction I think well see a decent increase but the best news would be finalization of the 50,000,000 bond. I think we would see new highs with this info. Low float helps this move nortward very quickly. Whats your thoughts.

About 3 weeks ago I sent a second e-mail to epyh. I have read on other boards that people have not rec'd responses so I was not surprised. Yesterday I start reading that people are now getting responses. Well, I have now gotten my response short and sweet. Don't know what to make of it but here it is...
Remember "Patience is a virtue"
Robert L. Lee, CEO
It seems this is the response he is sending to alot of people. Other boards state they have a little more info but since I didn't recv any other info myself I'm not posting it.
