it was my understanding that they will be only doing the 17 stores and they will not be any additional stores. However, if that woman believes and is correct that this new store will be offering GZFX, well that's just amazing. To me that says that CC is planning on going nation wide and this pilot program was just somethign to get started.
None of that can really be confirmed by that would be my take on it.

this post isn't to scare anyone, it's just to keep everyone informed. As you all know Lebed annouced that there will be an upcoming stock in the online rental business that it will be big and we know it was VMHVF, well today he released another letter...
There is one other public company besides NFLX and VMHVF in the online DVD rental business.
The symbol is GZFX but I suggest you stay far away from it. While GZFX may be only 1 penny, they have been selling toxic convertible debentures and there are now approximately 3.2 billion shares outstanding. That means GZFX is trading with a $32 million market cap.
If VMHVF was trading with a $32 million market cap the stock would be $0.64. That is almost ten times higher than what it is currently trading at.
I believe VMHVF is a much better company than GZFX.
GZFX reported only $635,000 in revenues during the most recent twelve months and had a net loss of $6.66 million.
VMHVF on the other hand reported $3.6 million in revenues during the most recent twelve months and only had a small net loss $250,000. Two quarters ago, VMHVF actually had an operating profit.
With high gas prices, online shopping will be huge this Christmas season. More importantly, high gas prices will fuel the growth of the online DVD rental market. Nobody is going to waste gas driving to a Blockbuster store to rent a DVD. Everybody is going to join services like NFLX and VMHVF.

My firm Lebed Biz, LLC, has been compensated by a third-party (Brian Holden) 355,000 free-trading shares of VMHVF for a one-month VMHVF investor relations contract. Never invest into a stock we discuss unless you can afford to lose your entire investment. For our full disclaimer goto: http://www.lebed.biz/disclaimer.htm

Yea DC Wonder, I am going to call the Circuit City store where the lady said that tommorrow and talk to a manager and see what the manager says. If I am not comfortable with the answer I get, or if I have time on my hands, I will stop in and talk to someone in person. I'll let you guys know tomm.
And as for that other post you put up; I would like to think that sometime in the near future, once GZFX is making some money, that there will be a stock buy back. We will just have see about that, but the number of shares outstanding is high, but we have all known about this from day one.
And as for his opinion of GZFX, that is just his opinion. I think that the statement he released is more to try to get his VMHVF some press, and I would bet ya he is scared of GZFX and how it will affect the game renting market. He doesn't want GZFX to be a competitor in the market, and maybe he see's that with the whole CC thing, GZFX might not be just a nuisance in the market, but more of a competitor and a threat to his precious VMHVF.

The news letter is real but the info in it is anyone's guess. I need to pay extra for that service you have as well. Sounds like a good way to find out about the convertables and all.
Posted by: DonsHub In reply to: None "service that specializes in providing information on stocks that in the opinion of Jonathan Lebed have..."
His disclaimer means he can say anything because it's in his opinion. So I wouldn't believe anything he says. The only thing is how would he even know what the o/s shares are? This would be insider information if he did know. He could get into trouble for that, if it was even true. All I know is people have been saying they are dilutting for a couple of years now and the O/S are in the billions and billions. The fact is as of Sept. 30th the o/s were at 1.2B, same as SIRI.

i just dont want to buy if this is true but i dont want to be standing watching this thing fly high and not be able to catch it what would you do if i buy in at .0097 tommorrow you wouldnt think it would dive down to nothing do you if that news we heard was true

stnkng what are you talking about, what i posted was a new letter that went out to all subscribers of Lebed's website. And he is right about their financing, do some DD. I don't know why you are telling me nice try, I own stock in this company and i believe it will succeed even thought it has toxic financing.
The financing is real, Golden Gate Investments and GZFX have a deal for ~16 million dollars. Buttttt... it doesn't mean that GZFX needs to take the money, right now I believe they are diluting to prevent themselves from having to tap into the GGI pot. Now I belive the dilution is over and everything should be smooth sailing from here unless CC decides they don't want the GZFX service.

sorry DC i guess i miss understood i am really sorry i am just nervous because i really want to get into this monday i just dont no for sure and then again i dont want to be holding nothing in case it flies someday.

Yea, that is Exactly what I thought and said DC... Basically I just wouldn't take what he said into any consideration. Well correct that, I would; People are starting to get afraid of GZFX because they see its opportunity in the industry right now. He's got his money in in another company in the renting industry, and to him, GZFX is a threat. (oh, sorry, I did kinda repeat what I said in my earlier message)

yeah i know what you mean about your nervousness, imo it's better to be more cautious than not cautious enough.
IMO this week should be very good for GZFX I am expecting the quarterly to come out early next week, as well as any possible prs about a new website, and if we are really lucky they will mention something about any possible new DCs or an update with the CC deal. Good luck with your decision making.

Here are the newest pictures and comments from the guy that works at one of the circuit city pilot stores. Some pictures are the same but others have been added....
So i spent most of the weekend tagging everything in the store related to DVD's or Games with some more stickers. Enjoy the following pictures.
Includes: DVD Players, all cables needed to hook anything up to a TV, New release movies, and popular movie titles (as well as games). And yes, even movie viewing candy.

The above circuit city worker also states that there is an instore contest among the workers. Whoever sells 5 GZFX subscriptions gets $100.00. Whatever store sells the most gets a pizza party. And they are working on offering a free one month membership for GZFX for certain purchases. One example given was If you buy a 36 inch tv you get 1 month membership free.

Man I was watching TV today, football mainly, and it seems that every other commercial is a CC Commercial! I just wish that they would put a little into the TV adds about GZFX and this would be a retirement fund that we are sitting on!

A Pizza party??? PUHLEEZE! What kind of storewide incentive is that?? I think the $100 for 5 sales is a great idea, but a pizza party....they better come up with something better quick...(?)
Also a comment on the Ledbed letter.. all we need to know is ths stated at the bottom of his letter.. "My firm Lebed Biz, LLC, has been compensated by a third-party (Brian Holden) 355,000 free-trading shares of VMHVF for a one-month VMHVF investor relations contract."
I guarantee that if GZFX had compensated him that amount of stock, then he would have blown the horns and sung with the choirs about the glories of GZFX.

I would like people to read this quote, i got it from the sec filings about the terms for the CC + GZFX deal... after I get everyone's interpreations I'll share my own.
"3. Term of the Pilot Program. It is the intentions of the Parties that the Pilot Program shall commence on or about November 1, 2005, extend through the holiday season, and terminate on or about January 15, 2006. Thereafter, unless 30 days notice is given to the contrary, the national program will commence under the same terms and conditions contained herein and will be implemented on a phased-in basis over the following 12 months in all of the Retail Stores. It is anticipated that approximately 55 Circuit City stores, per month, will be added on the national rollout portion of the Agreement."

Darn dude, I was just in my local CC store in Bangor Maine and you stole my thunder, lol. Oh well, I will be a good one to verify your info to the board and provide at least a tidbit or two.
I met with a couple of employees at my CC and they knew alot about the program and were touting it to everyone. I was told if you buy a 36" TV you would receive the free GZFX sub, cool! I was also informed that the program or trial is going very well with competition amongst employees for the most subs sold. Now get this, they sold 9 subs just today!!!!!!! This is growing leaps and bounds and my earlier predictions are going to be way low if this keeps up.
One employee alone sold 5 subs today and made $100 bucks. Now talk about incentive. It is my firm opinion from first hand accounts that CC is taking this very seriously and wants this this trial to succeed in order for the 600 store rollout to be implemented. Boys and girls, we have a winner!!!!

It means the national rollout to 600 plus circuit city stores was planned from the beginning and will only NOT happen if gzfx does something really stupid to screw it up. Seems pretty obvious to me.
IP: Logged |

yeah that's what I got out of the sec filings also... basically as of now the national roll out is going to happen unless GZFX screws it up somehow...
But on the other hand, CC could come out tomorrow and say that the roll out will not happen, so be on your toes from now until December 15 and from December 15th and on just have a smile on your face
That's just my opinion though.

I like this company and may even buy a few shares. My only concern is todays technology. How about something like "Digital Rental". It would sure put a damper on GFLX's long potential. And why? Because one day, soon, from a remote “order and pay” command signal (using the remote while relaxing on your recliner), a company’s digital processor in Somewhere USA, will receive that signal, process the “order and payment” then will send your movie and/or game of choice, through your cable, sat. or phone and into your TV’s chip/smartbox, thus satisfying your order. And then, after your agreed rental time, this technology, having a secured link and “smart” transitional data , will then CUT YOUR SIGNAL. Now your happy, the rental company is happy, everybody is happy. jmo
