No you missed my point. The terms state that if the trial is not canceled within 10 days of the end of the date, the plan, which is to bring GZFX to all stores, is brought out to full-scale. We may not even know "for sure" if we have the deal or not even after the 15th. A SEC filing can take time to go through so if they waited till the last minute to cancel, it could come up on the 15th or maybe even later. They filed the extension just after Christmas and we didn't see it until... the 4th? I would say that we're definitely clear if we make it to the 15th without a cancel. And we will probably get some sort of PR by then, not necessarily announcing anything about CC, but something to get us going. I am doubting they will announce much about the national roll-out but if they do, it'll be big. If not, gotta hope there's some proof it happened otherwise we need some other PR for a run. Remember, nobody really cares how the company is doing on runs, it's just the sudden announcement of success which shoots it up.
Although us knowing that they are solid with the deal would probably get us going up slowly but surely again. But nothing like what most are expecting so that could get them to bail out if they dont get their run. We need a PR.
I'm expecting our afternoon to shoot the price up a little higher since we got that webcast and also because next week is the biggest week, or at least people thing.

Why wouldn't GZFX have a PR ready about the CC deal. They won't be held to that contract that neither can talk after the 15th. So, if it happens they should be shouting it from the roof tops!

It's possible that they aren't going to announce a national-rollout. It could be more subtle like "Added this many stores this month." As far as GZFX is concerned, announcing a national-rollout may be no better than stating they are adding more stores. All a huge announcement does is shoot up the price for a week or two, then it's right back down to where it was. Last time we went from a steady price of about .007 or .008 and shot up to 2.5 cents, then right back down to .01. What a gain for GZFX huh? Only if they dilluted way up high.
But I also would think they want to please their investors. So it won't be completely quiet. They're gonna have to release something. It won't be on a huge hush.
Basically we have no idea what to expect. I hope for a PR about a national roll-out. I'm not in this long-term. A penny is only good for its run. But I will be coming back after the dust clears.

Just look at the fact that it's a rumor. Because it's a rumor it can't be a joke or real. It's just a rumor. So don't call it a joke or expect it to happen until you see some fine print on it.

Now i may just be fishing here but look at the statement and put emphasis on the bolded words.
"Increased Participation with retailers, we are looking to expand our retail presence and partnerships with various retailers around the country so that our product can be offered in that setting and used by the retailers to help them sell additional consoles, dvd players, televisions, or other bundles."
