Buying on hype is hard to catch because you really don’t know if it is true or not. Take today for instance; The PPS rose out of no where to above .012 and than the PR came out and confirmed the sudden rise in price. Know the PPS since than has gradually been declining, hence the sell on news.

Buy when it's in the gutter and news is on the way and when the news comes out and it gaps up like crazy sell your shares.
When you buy on small news expecting it to explode you are just part of the cause to it going up a little. If it's huge news like the national roll-out, feel free to buy all you want because everyone else is too. But the guys that bought it expecting the roll-out would have made the most money. Instead they only made 20% (if they bought at .01 and sold at .012 during the drop from .0175)

Slow lunch hour. I think we'll see an afternoon run up to high of day. dunno if we will close higher than now but i think we will see a new HOD this afternoon.
Also think alot of people will set buys for tomorrow after they get home from work today.

That is technically dilution, but not the kind that kills stock (at least in the real world, yet to be seen on otcbb). They aren't selling shares into the market. They have put their board and certain employees and subsidiaries on stock options. That can be good. The more the stock is worth, the more they are worth.

Don't believe what hoss is saying. Why the heck woud you hold a stock where memebrs of the company are going ot be given 400m free shares. Do you believe they are going to hold them? Or sell them to the open market? Dilution is bad regardless. Those shares will be dumped very soon and everyone is going to feel it. I guess the o/s will increase another 40% again. This is why I tell people to stop investing and just daytrade this way S8 and r/s will be 2 less things to worry about.

Free fall! How about you don't even buy back in. This isn't as simple as a dip my friend. Dilution is something that is very serious. Usually when a stock dilutes stay away from it. Next will come even more dilution. Time for you guys to look for a new thread to post on.

I said this isn't a big deal in the real world, but didn't know about bb companies. Most real companies award stock to their board. I own google, how many shares do you think their board has?
Anyone on the board will have to report when they sell unless we drop off of the bb onto the pinks.

The bashers are just trying to scare everyone so they can pick this up a cheap price just like what happened last week, it went to .0080 and then popped right back up. There is no bad news here stock options that are given to employee's have to be held for a period of time.
