But by noon Monday I will decide one way or the other. Looking at the L11's on the bid side. I still see the .011's (three of them) still at the same place as when the day started. On the ask side I still see a big wall at .013. It just might blow right thru the .013's right off the bat Monday. If it does, I will get back in on the first dip. If there is one. I will lose all my extra shares from my flips. If I can not get back in under .014. Going into this last flip I was 5 out of 6. But this flip hear could cut into my extra shares big time. But as they say war is hell. Like mom use to say. If you can not handle the heat get out of the kitchen. As far as what I think about GZFX. I myself see no way this stock can not go big time. I will always be long on this stock and I will always flip it. The main thing is not to go below the money I orginally invested in this stock. .014 is the magic #. Now this will give me something to look forward to for Monday. Good luck to all.

Wormy, one key rule to investing in GZFX is to get in on a Thursday or Friday. Unless it's a downtrend, and we just got out of it, Mondays are always big days for growth. You should have jumped in at .0116 today. But, the amount you'll miss on won't be very significant compared to the run we will get. As long as you get in at the beginning of the run your guess on the max price will be all that matters. There isn't much more pattern to follow if you ask me. The only pattern is a monthly pattern. The ones the MM's cause. GZFX's pattern would be straight up otherwise.

GZFX - Proof is in the NUMBERS.

First of all the national rollout is happening whether you like it or not. 10 more stores added to pilot today. This was confirmed by calling these stores. They wouldn't add 10 more stores if it wasn't going well, as planned; and they wouldnt add 10 more stores if they weren't planning to keep rolling this promotion out. It's happening. It's a fact. Get used to it.

CHECK IT OUT:

within a year we have gzfx in 600 stores. Each store sells on avg ONLY 6 subs a week (ONE each DAY..lol) which is NOTHING - i expect MUCH higher numbers. But just say 6. that's 312 subs a year from each store. Thats 187k subscribers assuming all keep the service. But lets say 30k aren't happy and end the service after a month. So we have 157k subs. That's not including word of mouth or ANY other form of advertisement.. JUST From CC sales alone. BTW i think using these numbers is absurd b/c WORD OF MOUTH is going to be HUGE. Ok back to number crunching::: 157k x $12 (avg sub cost) = $1,884,000 x 12 months = $22.28MM with $4.71MM going to CC as commission which leaves $17.57MM gross profit (after commissions paid). Assume we spend a whopping 50% of that on acquisitions/inventory/mkting/overhead . That's $8,785,000 Net Income which puts us at earnings of $.00732/shr assuming the o/S is still 1.2B. At that time with an excellent P/E of 15 (and i hope i dont have to tell you that NFLX's, SIRI's, XMSR p/e is MUCH MUCH higher, if they even have one) Our share price would be $.1098/shr. That's a NINE BAGGER from here!!!! And these numbers are REDICULOUSLY conservative!! that price would make us a true VALUE stock with such a low p/e and such high growth. I would think a fairer p/e would be closer to 30-50 which would put the price of the stock in the .22-.36 range. Not even taking into consideration here the valid hype that will be surrounding us the whole ride up.

Ok for you NAYSAYERS...or idiots as i like to refer to them (j/k..i agree all sides including the concerns of a co. should be looked at).... lets pretend we end up with 2B shares (which i doubt).
That still puts us at .004393/shr earnings assuming the above CONSERVATIVE numbers from the CC stores alone. With a P/E of 15 we'd have a PPS of 6.59c which makes this a FIVE BAGGER. That's with a P/E of 15...COME ON GUYS ..we are talking VALUE STOCK HERE.. some of you flippers may not be familiar with that term: value stock. It's a whole different game when you get that status. With a p/e of 30-50...well you get the idea....

I'd like to REPEAT that the numbers used above are ULTRA CONSERVATIVE and as i see it WORSE CASE SCENARIO!!!!

Remember...compounded revs, compounded revs, compounded revs. Once we get a share of the market they aren't going anywhere fast...we just keep growing. And I LOVE the fact that JF and the boys are already thinking way ahead as far as technology and what is coming up in this high-tech media industry. Even talks of expanding into European market when time is right.

If people would just step back for a moment and understand the possibilities here ...make that probabilities...they might rethink their "investment" in this company. Personally i am invested in the company not the stock or the momentum. I don't want to make 20-50%. Even if i could do it several times. Maybe these schitzofrenic traders will never learn or maybe they will finally see what's going on when we hit 10c and rev's and subs numbers start increasing by leaps and bounds.

Guys..and gals....

The more time i spend thinking about my investment in GZFX the more comfortable i am in holding my shares for significant gains.
I fully expect .05-10 and think there is possibility of over a dollar in the next 3-4 years. I suppose i can wait that long to become a multimillionaire.

The online rental market is just beginning to take off. I guess with netflix and it's competitors there is an online rental subscriber base of roughly 4 million...maybe less. I would expect that number to quadruple in the next several years and GZFX will get a nice piece of that pie. As will the investors who own a chunk shares. I do not normally play penny stocks (subpenny - 50c stocks). In fact i despise most all of them. For the past several years i have not touched a company with a p/e of more than 20. And i still remain a firm believer in value. Yet here i am, very confident in holding these shares of Gameznflix. Circuit City will get this company out there and assuming JF makes sure the proper steps are taken to make subscribers happy in the service ( which from the sound of it...things are definitely headed in the right direction)....the rest should take care of itself...word travels fast in an expanding market. In time, GZFX will become a major competitor in this market. And we the shareholders will prosper because of it.

Livin

Bullish view of DVD growth through 2009...
http://www.screendigest.com/reports/05onlinedvdrental/readmore/view.html

The report combines the expertise of Screen Digest and Adams Media Research to provide historic and forecast data at the consumer level for the established online businesses in the US and the UK. It gives the first detailed analysis of the rapidly growing online rental markets in key western European territories, including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux and Scandinavia. The report also includes profiles of the key players in each territory, and examines the innovative business models that underpin the new sector.

The online rental business in the US and Europe will generate more than $1bn in consumer spending for the first time in 2005. This new phenomenon in the video industry has grown from its inception in the US in 1999 by combining new technology, in the form of DVD, with a much older delivery system: the post.

In the US, the world's largest video rental market, the US, online rental has already had a profound impact on the rental business. The model's pioneer, San Francisco-based Netflix, already claimed more than three and a half million subscribers in 2005, and in response, the established giant of high street rental, Blockbuster, has entered the fray, whilst simultaneous abolishing late fees for its US customers. In Europe too, home-grown internet upstarts lead the field.

Key findings:

* By the end of 2005 there will be more than 6.3 million online DVD rental subscribers in the US and Europe, generating more than $1b of consumer spending.
* The UK dominates the European market, followed by Germany and thriving markets have been established in France and Scandinavia.
* The online sector already accounts for more than one in ten video rentals in the UK. By 2009, more than half the UK's rental transactions, and rental spending, will be online.
* Almost 45m DVDs will be posted to online subscribers in Europe in 2005, while more that 381m will be delivered to mail boxes in the US.
* Across the key European markets, online rental made only a little more than one fiftieth of total consumer spending in 2004. The dramatic flourishing of the market will bring that proportion to over one third of the total by the end of our forecast period in 2009.

In the report:

* Coverage of 7 European markets and the US: UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia and the Benelux countries.
* Competitive landscape and detailed profiles of the key players in each market.
* Analysis of business models and metrics – including sources of business, fulfilment mechanics, common marketing strategies, economics of online rental
* Assessment of market size and growth potential

It's about time we get someone talking realistically to my standards. Unlike the idiots saying $1 by march. URGH!

You hit just about everything right on the noggin' whiz. I've beee thinking like this since Day 1 of the CC announcement, even during the crashing.

Hey and JF has the right idea. DVD downloading. Once we get out of that shipping stuff around all we have to worry about is copyright costs. There's nothing else to do but make money at that point. We're in the right direction our stock is just being manipulated. So long as I take advantage of the flips when they're huge I'm all in for these guys. I plan to double my share count every flip unless we lose momentum in progress. That'll stop the BS with the MM's when all of us team together and own 25% of the shares [Smile]

Agreed! I will continue to accumulate in this range & when I finally take profits I will hold a large core with a time horizo that will be at least a year & a half & could extend to 3 or 4 years. Good luck!

This is seriously a company that I could very well follow for a LONG TIME. At the very least I will pull out most of my money and go else where and invest small long term portions into it. More than likely I'll just keep building from the MM shakes until I have all the shares once held by weak investors and the MM's can't shake it anymore. If everyone did this instead of pumping, dumping and never coming back, even though right now the stock would fluctuate, in the long run everyone would be strong holders and the MM's would burn out and the price would have to keep going up. It'd be like having a much smaller O/S. Then we can really take this baby longterm.

Are there any rules for being an investor with more than 10% of the company's shares owned? Just curious.
