ARCa used to be GNET if I'm not mistaken and when GZFX was in the .002'/.003's and trying to run he was right there at the ask keeping it from running.....I assume he is responsible for the shares that are being diluted.....I think dilution is over now but that was the story a couple months ago

ARCA= Archipelago. They are just a system that routes trades for companys like, ameritrade scottrade etc. No one important.

BE closed at 11:30AM EST. Up right now 20%. Will take about 20 more minutes to settle out. Latest L11 3 on bid at .0143 and 3 on ask at .0144. IMO it looks like it really wants to run.

ARCA is one of the market makers for GZFX. I aksed the same thing about a month ago. If you go to reply page #25 you will find the answers... Or here, I will just cut and paste one of the answers I got from Dudenation:
"ARCA# is not actually GZFX. ARCA# (and any others with the # after them) are electronic brokerages. They are anonymous and complete orders instantly. The people using ARCA# could be any individual or corportion buying or selling shares. It COULD even be GZFX. But I know it isn't them anymore since I have been reading around and many have said the dillution was haulted, although i do not have an official article for it. I don't recall well either, but I think the webcast implied they were nearly done with it too. They only had a certain amount of shares to put out. Also, observation of what has been happening has shown they are no longer dilluting. When they were, ARCA# would sit there and when the price creeps up, they'd sell of tons of shares in seconds by lowering their ask price and they'd chase down all the buyers. These ARCA# orders are passive and do not appear as if they're overloaded like they were a week ago."
And $.0144 now, yup, everyone is buyin back in now.

ARCA is pretty important because a majority of trades go through them. If you're in a stock with low volume and ARCA is there, usually your stock will move the way ARCA moves it.

In January 1997, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) implemented new Order Handling Rules that revolutionized trading in NASDAQ® securities. The new rules created the opportunity for Electronic Communications Networks (ECNs) to interact directly with the NASDAQ National Market® System. The Archipelago® ECN was formed in December 1996 in response to these rules.
Using innovative technology provided by software developer Townsend Analytics, Ltd., the Archipelago® ECN was launched in January 1997, as one of the four original ECNs approved by the SEC. Since our inception, Archipelago has offered its subscribers a best execution model (SmartBook®) that has effectively created a national limit order book for OTC and listed stocks.
Archipelago Holdings, LLC formed the Archipelago Exchange® as the first step in establishing an electronic trading exchange that addresses the needs of institutions and individuals alike for fast, fair execution of trades. In 2000, we partnered with the Pacific Exchange, Inc. (PCX®) to create the first totally open, all electronic stock market in the United States. The rules governing the Archipelago Exchange® (ArcaEx®) were approved by the SEC in October, 2001. In March, 2002, the Archipelago Exchange (ArcaEx) began trading PCX primary listings.

Here is a prime example of what I am talking about. ARCA is setting on the ask at .0144 all by his self. There are 3 MM's setting on the bid at .0144. This is ridiculous. No telling how high we could go if ARCA was not around.

o.k. but if you see arca keeping the price down just be careful ......more dilution may be going on.......which could be good long term as long as they use the $$$ to open up at least 20 more distribution centers. I'm not bashing here....like it would make any difference if I were, just know there are many novices here and don't want them to make the same mistake I made falling in love with a stock and learning the hard way. Definately money to be made here but.......risk also as with any penny

one2watchny. You are right. Never fall in Love with a PENNY STOCK. It's hard enough falling in Love with the Big Caps who let you down but too do the same in a penny means disaster.
Play the MOMO. Use charts. UP/DOWN DIV. RSI. etc. You make 30% more get out look for a retrace.( Unless there is Huge news to propell it further at the time).
Thats the 30% rule. 30% up 30% down. fALLOW THE $$$ WHICH IS EASY IN PENNYS.

GZFX is unlike any penny stock I have ever played with. With it's volume, and a deal with a bog boy like Circuit City, and the potential it has; as far as Penny stocks go, and charts etc... I have found that GZFX is more often the exception to all the rules when trading a penny stock. This guy just kind of does its own thing.

He finally moved. He is now on .0147. The BE shows a close of up 20%. But the lines are showing 30%. Maybe not totally calculated out yet. Either way a good day. If we gain 20% today we will be at .0157. At 30% we will be at .017.

I agree AgentX. Next time we break through $.0250 I would be suprised to see it go below $.0230 any time after that, and we should stick $.0250 by mid next week. I just can't wait to see what the next PR does to us.
