Alright I know its Friday but I would like to see some action to get to .008+.....we'll see if the daytraders exit or have already exited,I'm hoping to see a run after 3:30:before that a shake. If we do end at .007 still very good day...but why not make it better eh...would love to have a gapper to look forward to for 3 days

too little too late for a breakout today, but monday the 3rd day after the original breakout should be a buying op. preparing for the next pr runup.

FYI, Contacted Amanda, PR at CC to verify the CC store pilot was legit because they had not listed the press release on their site. She advised that it is legit and that they don't normally post affiliate press releases to their news room page. I mentioned that this was big news on the boards and that the release had been picked up by several online gaming and video News web sites.
She said she would advise the team who maintains the site to see if they could update it with a link to one of the online stories. I know the story is linked via Yahoo/Finance etc., but I have been burned on a few stocks. Verification from both sides of a story is a good thing.

this was posted on another board, i just wanted to know everyone's thoughts...
Four reasons for today's debacle:
1. Management hiding the fact that the deal was only a pilot and NOT a full fledged permanent contract! That was a BIG turn off for investors looking for integrity from management.
2. Given the duplicitous nature of yesterday's PR, they expected an enquiry from SEC followed by an immediate halt on trading. That would sound the death knell for this company! It would never recover from that, EVER!
3. A clarification from Circuit City apologizing for the omission from yesterday's PR and that they WERE NOT consulted on the final draft of the PR.
4. Worse still, a PR from the company reneging/cancelling their contract with GZFX due to the deliberate omission from the PR, or following SEC enquiry and subsequent halt and revocation of the shares.
I'm not sure how many of the above points will eventually transpire and crash this to the gutters.

I think that they forgot one major consideration. It is possible that the moon could break the gravitational hold of the earth and float away causing certain catastraphy to the stock. LOL ... I am pleased to see the bashers grasping at straws to throw out such speculative speculation.
A deal is not made with a company such as Circuit City (whose performance during the last quarter was above estimates) without considerable planning, legal consultation, etc.
A "pilot program" goes without saying. How else could they introduce the GZFX service into their empire.
"3. Term of the Pilot Program. It is the intentions of the Parties that the Pilot Program shall commence on or about November 1, 2005, extend through the holiday season, and terminate on or about January 15, 2006. Thereafter, unless 30 days notice is given to the contrary, the national program will commence under the same terms and conditions contained herein and will be implemented on a phased-in basis over the following 12 months in all of the Retail Stores. It is anticipated that approximately 55 Circuit City stores, per month, will be added on the national rollout portion of the Agreement."
CC has done their homework and has given GZFX their stamp of approval. "We're excited to add GameZnFlix's unique DVD and video game rental program to our product selection," said Marc Sieger, senior vice president, general merchandise manger of services at Circuit City Stores, Inc. "As the Internet has grown, we've learned a lot about consumers and know they want value and convenience. I feel this new relationship offers our consumers both."
You will see that there are very specific outlines as to the handeling of PR's, ads, etc in the 8-K. "6. Publicity. Neither party may issue any public announcement concerning the transaction, without the approval of the other party, except as may be required by law. At the signing of the contract, both parties will issue a joint press release to announce the deal. Both parties must approve the release prior to its issuance."
Do your DD and assume that such unfounded statements are usually financially motivated.

Still at work here (self employed) so no conflict...DC i believe it quite normal for a breakout stock to end up significantly lower the 2nd and 3rd day following a huge rise. As you know the stock still held up reasonably well at todays close we did however maintain a price level nearly 3x higher than that of the low on 10/5 so clearly monday should be a good buying op providing the pr to be accurate as brendo shared above. I expect to see the 50/60s range again mon/tues and then a retracement upward from there until all has been confirmed with an updated pr. (sorry to be so lengthly)

brendo i see your updated post...i would be an idiot not to rebuy at somepoint before nov 1st... i sold 1/2 yesterday and some today with an average of .0125. not to shabby! This kind of potential is to great to ignore and almost makes me want to become an "investor" again instead of just a daytrader/scalper that i am. lol

brendo most of the dd i did was what you told me, for some reason when i saw the post, it was from what i believe to be a credible source, I thought i may have been missing something.
but the facts seem like they are all there.

The boards are screaming with enthusiasm with GZFX!

Targeting 4th Q this year for profitability, then moving it back to 1st Q 2006 might shake some. But remember, the interview was pre CC announcement. That puts GZFX right back into the game. Add that to the fact that he said "we're there".... lends confidence to the situation. What will I do? I'm gonna round off to a nice share holding and let it ride. What else can one do at this rediculously low pps? Time will tell.

I bought into this a few days ago, not a huge sum, but I expect to make a very nice gain. I am willing to hold this a long time, November 1st with the launch will provide a window to see how this is doing.
The pps is totally undervalued.
If Netflix is at $26(?), this could be in the pennies very soon. 10 cents is not unatainable in 6-8 months. In any case, I see 4-5 pennies by year's end.

This stock is now in the realm of the daytraders. It's going to trade in a range of .005 to .008. Play it that way and make money. It ran on the news and now it's settled. Ignore the posts saying it's going to a dime, it's not going to happen. You will have many opportunitys to buy and sell this one over the course of the next few months. Play it that way and you could make a ton.
my biggest question is, with the MM's still looking at this and volume decreasing, without news what's going to keep this baby going up?

Obviously Upside is a daytrader. Typically what he said IS what happens, but I think it's fair to say GZFX is a little different than your average penny. As far as I know, GZFX is the only place you can rent games online. The CC news is huge for the company and they will have profitability this quarter, along with probably 50% more subs than they have now. There is no way this stock is going to sit under a penny until afte 2006. It's simply not going to happen. Circuit City is no joke and neither is GZFX.
Thats just my honest opinion. I have 230,000 shares and certainly am no kind of pumper.
