Still shaking way down. I wish I had been online this morning to have stemmed a little of the bleeding! LOL I knew I should have parked a little yesterday. Still in the green overall though.

hehe. It's been so long since I've made a webpage with intent on making real money. My skills are too rusty and anything I made back then was for basics. But I learned it all on my own at about 12/13 and discovered advertising by 14. I can't believe how well I did back then I was only a kid!
So what do you do for webpages anyway? Any major companies, work for yourself?

I see this as a blue light special. Buy when everyone's selling and get it cheap rather than sell and turn a paper loss into a real loss.

Just got word and everyone is selling due to the shares going from 1.2 to 4 Billion by Christmas...
the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State. This amendment, which did not require shareholder approval under the Company's current Articles of Incorporation, as amended, increased the authorized common stock of the Company by 2,000,000,000 to 4,000,000,000 shares
4 Billion from what we all thought wa 1.2 Billion
I'm not risking... Still have a 45% profit, let's see what happens.

When I first joined NetFlix, in the very beginning, it took almost a week to receive a movie. They had very few DC's. Now, there's one in my metroplex, and I receive a new one within 2 days of returning one. They grew with the demand. While I'm not a gamer these days, I remember hours of fun sitting in front of my buddy's Nintendo. Problem was, we beat all the games within a couple of weeks, and they weren't so fun anymore. I think games cost about $65 those days. What I love about GZFX is the fact that it fills a nitch. I would love to see them concentrate only on games though, invest their dollars in games, and be able to supply. If a gamer is on the 3 at a time, or even 2 at a time plan, a few extra days' wait shouldn't matter a whole bunch. I don't think subscribers are going to ditch the program because, even with an extended wait, they are still going to save a ton of money.

Going concern - The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern, which contemplates the recoverability of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent upon its ability to raise additional capital from the sale of common stock and, ultimately, the achievement of significant operating results. The accompanying financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be required should the Company be unable to recover the value of its assets or satisfy its liabilities. As of September 30, 2005, the Company had an accumulated deficit of $21,387,234. In addition, the Company had excess current liabilities over current assets of $1,001,204. The Company has a substantial need for working capital. These factors, among others, raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
