NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2005-- TrackPower, Inc. (OTCBB:TPWR) announced today that its affiliate Tioga Downs Racetrack, LLC ("Tioga Downs") has entered into a binding agreement with Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) to acquire a 50% equity interest in a new limited liability company that will be 50% owned by Tioga Downs Racetrack, LLC. Tioga Downs is jointly-owned by affiliates of Trackpower, Inc. and Jeffrey Gural.
The new entity will pursue the racing and gaming interests of Tioga Downs Racetrack, located just west of Binghamton in Nichols, New York, as well as the proposed acquisition of Vernon Downs Racetrack. Vernon Downs, located just east of Syracuse in Vernon, New York, is an asset currently operating under the chapter 11 bankruptcy protection of its parent company Mid-State Raceway, Inc. Affiliates of this entity have a disclosure statement that has been approved by the court presiding over the Mid-State Raceway, Inc. bankruptcy. In the event the joint venture is unsuccessful in its bid for Vernon Downs, it still retains ownership in Tioga Downs Racetrack.
Construction of a $35.0 million redevelopment of Tioga Downs Racetrack recently began. Tioga Downs Racetrack will operate as a harness racetrack and offer approximately 750 video lottery terminal machines (VLTs) to its gaming and racing customers. A newly-constructed 90,000 square foot grandstand will house a 19,000 sq. ft. casino floor. Vernon Downs includes a harness track, 175-all suite hotel and 34,000 sq. ft. gaming facility that will offer 1,000 VLT machines to its customers.
Concurrent with the completion of the transaction, Nevada Gold will also enter into a management agreement that will provide for the management of the VLT facilities at both Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs. Tioga Downs will oversee the management of the racing operations at both racetracks and will work with Nevada Gold to ensure the proper coordination of the facilities racing and gaming operations.

Time to dust this one off. Missed the intraday going ons, new 52 week low of .0068, closing at .008. Volumes been higher than usual lately, price has been declining.
O/S : The number of shares of common stock outstanding as of October 20, 2006: 744,268,540
O/S is barely managable, but not to a billion, yet. Actually missed bottom today at .0068. You're welcome to it, I won't play it unless I can buy it .007 or less. I'll put it on watch, but it might get away before it weakens to the 52 week low again. It will catch first resistance at .011, and I would be out at .013, maybe .014.

On 10/20/06 the day they reported the current O/S TPWR was trading at .012 and did for 5 days after that, before starting its decline to .005 today. Not much has changed for them since then, except a bonehead officer resigned, "announced that John G. Simmonds voluntarily resigned as Chairman of the Board and Director. Mr. Simmonds has served in this capacity since 1998. Mr. Simmonds also resigned as interim Chief Financial Officer." Oh yea, and the chart changed, of course :
Put my order in at .0051 prior to open, tried all day between .0051 to .0056, and wasn't able to fill, finally sucumbed to Ask at .006.

Just started reading a book on candlesticks...
Starting with yesterday and today's candlestick, it appears that a "Bullish Matching Low Pattern" is forming. Gotta like that. Today's stick was a Black Marobozu or some crap like that. Sign of indecision. If you saw L2's today you'd think "No duh".
MM's were putting up a nearly invincible wall at .005. I know a couple people got in at .0051. I jumped the gun early, tempted by that RSI of 23 at .0062, but got a little more at .0052 (lucky me- didn't even realize until EOD).
Low RSI, beginning of a reversing trend. Looking good... I agree with will. o/s makes it a difficult play to predict, but should go from here.

I bought a little of this today as well at .0051 you have to love that RSI hovering around 20. Given the low RSI and a take down and recoverey I think we are going to have a nice little bounce.

How come one would fill and one not fill? Does the size of the order have anything to do with it? Or routing to a specific MM (destination)?

st22, I clearly state the O/S, and make a point of saying I don't like it being so bloated. Mentioned it a couple of times. Gives me heartburn too. What the heck, we see stocks with Billions O/S run from time to time. Why can't TPWR run for a double with 744,268,540 O/S ? I think the key here is to not get greedy, and carried away with anyone's hype if / when it does start moving.
If you have guidelines, rules, discipline, that say not to buy a stock with an O/S greater than X, don't violate it. There will be more that suit your liking.

Now take a look at this tutorial...notice how similar TPWR's A/D line is to stockcharts.com's examples of WMT and AA (halfway down the page, look at the heading "Accumulation and Distribution Line Signals")...
now, I am not saying the TPWR is of the caliber of Wal-Mart or Alcoa, nor do I care, however, I do see striking similarities in that A/D uptrend. Something I haven't seen with a stock down here...
Notice the big breakouts in those stocks after the A/D line was in a long term uptrend. Despite being down at some times, the A/D line kept chugging upward. Eventually the market corrected and it pushed the PPS higher.
TPWR seems to be in a long term A/D uptrend, too; despite it going lower. That's interesting to me...will the market correct itself positively here too?
but, that o/s is pretty big, so it might not go huge. But, they aren't diluting anymore, at least not right now...
Something tells me that .019 is not out of the question. It was just there a couple of months ago, with the same bloated o/s, I might add...
That's just the A/D line, there are other things that make this nice as well...

I saw someone post that they "confirmed" that company just got a replacement for this guy that just left. seems like that was a big reason it tanked.
maybe thats why there was some late buying today?

Kind of reminds of AXGI, now AXGJ, late last Nov & Dec. There was a R/S so the prices were adjusted to reflect that. It began it's signaling at .005, and they took it down to .001, before letting it go to .095. This thing is wound tighter than an eight day clock. Don't get discoraged no matter how far down they take it. It will only get better. You either believe or you sell. I believe.
