here it is folks. Ingen Technologies Prepares to Move to OTCBB PR Newswire - September 19, 2005 10:01
Increased Profits and Decreased Losses
CALIMESA, Calif., Sept 19, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTN), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), Secure Balance(TM), and Pure Produce(TM), announces that the SEC Filings to become a reporting company and move to the OTCBB has commenced.
"The meeting this past Wednesday with the auditors, Spector & Wong, resulted in the completion of the audits and commencement with the SEC Filings and move to the OTCBB." Said Thomas Neavitt, CFO and Corporate Secretary.
"IGTN is a start-up company with promising success. The purpose of this audit is not only to disclose the numeric results, but to indicate that we have completed a major milestone in moving forward with becoming a reporting company and moving to the OTCBB. I currently receive every week hundreds of shareholder emails complimenting Ingen's success and the satisfaction they have with the results of their investment and direction the company is moving. It is unusual to find a newly formed public company with patented and proprietary products, earnings and profits in such a short time period. This is a great indication of strong growth and future shareholder value," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.
The year ending May 31, 2004 resulted with sales of $901,542 and a gross profit of $410,509. The total net loss after taxes was ($357,601). Paid in capital was $4,783,471. There was $5,664,634 invested into Research & Development for Secure Balance(TM), OxyAlert(TM) and OxyView(TM). This investment resulted as a NOL (net operating loss) and/or Accumulated Deficit according to standard accounting principals. The NOL can be carried from one year to the other and used to offset taxes.
The year ending May 31, 2005 resulted with sales of $794,314 with a gross profit of $497,749. The total net loss after taxes was only ($11,113). Paid in capital was $4,890,671. There was $5,708,891 accumulated for invested into Research & Development for Secure Balance(TM), OxyAlert(TM) and OxyView(TM). This investment resulted as a NOL (net operating loss) and/or Accumulated Deficit according to standard accounting principals. The NOL can be carried from one year to the other and used to offset taxes.
To date, the company has $575,000 in cash reserves, with an increase in sales for the third and fourth quarter-2005.
"In summary, the company continues to show an increase in profits and margins, with a decrease in losses; and continues to move forward with the introduction of new medical products. We can expect to have a bonanza year in 2006 with the introduction of OxyView(TM) in the first quarter-2006, the introduction of OxyAlert in the second quarter-2006 and the increase in sales of our Secure Balance(TM) systems due to a smart and aggressive advertising campaign," said Chris Wirth, Director.
Attorney, Peter Wilke, is now compiling the audits and documentation for SEC filings, and will submit the documents to the SEC this month. Further, he will focus on moving IGTN to the OTCBB quickly and smoothly. The entire audit will be made available upon approval of the SEC filings via various trading websites and the SEC.

WOW!!! IGTN had a 50% profit margin in fiscal year ending May 31, 2005, and the profit is bigger than the previous year's, although sales were less. Now with the advertisements the company is making in TV, and medical magazines, sales should shoot up significantly. 1000 sales of secure balance translate into $53 million in sales.

Has anyone calculated what the PPS should be based on the numbers in the audit?

honestly the numbers in the audit (besides profit margin) are pretty useless as a prediction of pps in the short-medium range (6mo -1 yr). Id like to hold this until christmas or maybe until the end of the next fiscal year before i consider selling

I wish the share price will stay here for a couple of weeks, but I doubt it with only a 120 million float

The value of this company is in the patents they purchased recently and the new products they are just begining to market nationally; (i.e in the near future), not the historical numbers in the audit IMO. Looking into the rear view mirror is a very limited view. Looking at the audited numbers only subtantiates managements claims that the company is profitable.

What manipulation? I called this last week. It is called profit taking. Where smart investors take profit on a run and when the stock retraces then they buy back in. All quick runs normally retrace to some extent. If there is really good news then it will move up again after the retrace. This blaming the MM's for a normal market move happens all the time and shouldn't. I don't know why people insist on screaming manipulation just because they didn't sell high and buy back low.

Shoulder and head already formed. Looking for climb back to neckline with bounce to form right shoulder.

RSI just crossed back under 50 with MACD turning south. Normally means its got a ways to go before starting back up. But this stock has great support and even better news so it may not be very long.

I agree with JMOOVE about the manipulation. It is not a shake-out or profit-taken(sorry, Ric), it is firmly manipulated by MMs, otherwise there is no reason for those weird low prices getting on and on. Maybe we should lower our expectation or at least extend waiting period for this baby to become dime-stock. I am still confident that it is just a matter of time!!!

Well as I stated, I called this back on the 6th. This was way overbought and market pressure pointed to a downturn. The only reason it didn't turn hard was because of the support it has. All indicators showed it was time to take profit and wait for it to drop and buy back in.
I agree that it will go back up but the TA calls for it to continue down some more and that has nothing to do with manipulation. What you call wierd lows is the support this stock has slowing down the normal trend. It may even be getting ready to turn now because of the support. Look for volume increase. But this is a great pick though. I have already made some great profits on it and will make some more when I buy back in soon.
