PLNI was supposed to close the acquisition Pro Mold on the 9th, an here we are 7 days after the fact with no PR. Tomorrow, PLNI is scheduled to close acquisition of SEMCO. In the case of the audit, we should expect PR's confirming the acquisitions about 1.5 years from the dates it happened.

Yup.
More mismanagement, at best.

Calm down all.. This stock has been moving nicely.. I am up about 40% on this stock in the past few weeks! Some very nice gains! PLNI has been good to me.

That's very nice for you, congrats. I'm down 50% from last May.

Well gee, thanks for the advice Chopper.
Funny thing is, I bought my last load of about 1 million shares after I'd seen it bounce around a few times, thinking I could do exactly that. With apologies to a fellow poster, I must have "the cold touch," since it never saw .012 again.

Hasnt done that for a while and would like(love) to see that before years end!!
Moving along nicely now that all the dumping has ocurred, lets keep it going nice and steady.
GL all and to the long holders: remember the flyer we all got and I said I took it as a warning to all that things are going to get real bumpy, well they sure did and we hung on and I believe we will be rewarded for putting up the brass ones and hanging tight on this one!!!!

I HAD a sell price in at .009 which would be about a 60% increase for me.. The way this is moving thought I might just change that to .01.. any thoughts?

how are you guys posting these gains of 50 and 60%? the lowest its been in the last few weeks is .0055 or somewhere around there...
I have 50,000 shares bought at .0142 i am holding for the long run, i am done a fair bit right now but i have faith in this company
regarding the SEMCO aquisition, is it really essential to have a PR, they had one the day prior saying it would be completed the folowing day. It costs about 400 dollars to release a PR from a major PR company. Why waste money?

Yes, apart from whatever the hell is going on right now--and one guess would be advance news of a solid PR--it is essential to have a PR. There is still no confirmation of an acquisition, just hints and implications and third-hand semi confirmations with no legal force.
So yeah. Still, I'll enjoy the current show.

It's all very strange. We may have peaked for today here around 90/95, and if so, that's a fine day. But what got us here was an out of the blue surge attached to volume. The thing is, it's nowhere near record volume--we've had 50 million plus days recently, and right now we're around 30 million. We were hanging out around what, 78, going sideways after 15 million shares...and then, bang--i think the first surge was like 10 million shares in under 40 minutes.

I'm still calling a turkey a turkey. BUT....
As we get closer to Thanksgiving, it would appear the turkey becomes more valuable.

The stock is up because the VFIN sell program stepped back or was completed, and the many scalpers who bought around .0055 took their profits a couple days ago. There has always been buying power in this thing, just that massive seller forced it down.
The company still won't update its capitalization information on pinksheets. They may not release any more fluffy PRs until they address this issue, IMO. I think they are aware their actions are under more scrutiny than before, and by people with more clout than moi. They want their cake and eat it too. Tell investors how great the company is going to do, but hide the true capitalization structure. Come on Mr. Turek, its time to let the buyers know what they are buying.
