SALT LAKE CITY, Aug 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Nexia Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NEXH) is pleased to announce that it has executed an Investment Agreement with Dutchess Private Equities Fund, L.P. for up to $10,000,000 in equity financing. This financing can be drawn over a 3-year period and becomes available upon the filing and subsequent effectiveness of an SB-2 Registration Statement. During the drawdown period, Nexia can receive funds by selling shares of its common stock to Dutchess Private Equities Fund, L.P. Dutchess is required to purchase the shares as specified in the Investment Agreement.

that wall at .0004 really sucked..... don't these losers know that putting in a ton of sell orders at .0004 is going to precicely prevent them from selling at .0004 cause people get scared off..... clowns.... just hold and let it go up...

ya..... no entering limit sells.... enter them right when you want to sell after watching it... don't pre-predict the high.... watch for the high... then you don't get in the way and scare people off..... burp :-̃
