Just did a bunch of research on these guys. I can't find any information that would suggest that the CEO is bad news, or his company. They have had fairly steady news since January of great growth opportunities that have all panned out. Has anyone here ever spoken with Surber before? I would be interested to hear your thoughts. IMHO, as long as this guy keeps his hands clean, this company has nowhere to go but up. I also believe that this is a perfect business to invest in right now because of where real estate is headed. I sent an email to the company suggesting that they update their website to promote further growth. Just my two cents:) Have a great weekend, everyone!

or i was also wondering you know how they said it could get to $1-10 wouldnt a stock this low have to split a lot before this would ever happen? there is no way that on $50 you can buy 150,000 shares today and then in a year or two be up to $150,000 + ? right? sorry im new to this stuff.. and i just dont see how it would happen? wouldnt a split or something have to happen? thanks for the info and help!

Got this from Raging Bull, I hadn't heard anything about this yet! Sounds like another big PR for Nexia in the next month. Check it out for yourself...looks to be similar to Dutchess agreement. I can't make much sense out of all of this business talk though, someone want to try to explain this in laymans terms.

okay, maybe this has nothing to do with Nexia at all... Surber is just the majority shareholder of Dark Dynamite

I emailed Nexia and suggested they update their website...I don't know who reads those or if they even care, but hopefully I am not the only one and it put a bug in their ear. I told them that a website is a huge consideration when people are looking for places to invest their money. I also think that it is a "turn off" but I think that they have enough success potential to make up for what their website lacks.

I hope so. I wish someone smart would say somthing about the future. lol. Looks like AXAI should not have attention anymore, maybe this one will get some attention now, maybe? I need CSJJ to run too, i am loosin my but on that one.

I don't know what this will do in the next week or two...but they do have news come out frequently, and every time it does this thing seems to move the same as it did a few days ago...if we have to hold it..i am glad it is this and not something else. I know this will go up again..just don't know when yet:)

just google Richard Surber and youll find his name turns up as far back as 1992. all these may or may not be the same Richard Surber but as far as i can tell they are all in Salt Lake so my guess is that they are.

I agree with you big...but I am not so sure that this has finished making runs before that happens... It seems stocks like these always have a huge run just before a r/s...like axai...but i think that if it were to have happened with Nexia it would have happened already..just my opinion...who knows though...I am just to stubborn to take a loss. Other forums are expecting this to go to .001 next week and then probably back down. I think I am going to stick out for another week unless it plumets or I do end up hearing news of a reverse split...rather lose a little than a lot...but if i can..i'll profit from this sucker!

I'm still holding miss piggy - but i disagree with your statement that this company has news frequently. Two PR's in 2005 is not a lot of news. I got in this stock at the end of 2004 and I should have got out the other day but I decided to be greedy. As soon as it shows signs of .0005 I am long gone. Good luck to you all.

same here...i just want to see that .0005. I may live to regret it since i don't think the r/s is going to come as soon as AXAI's and with my luck this thing will run again as soon as I sell. You are right about the PR's I was just speaking of recent news hoping that it isn't over yet. Anyway, I am hoping that the folks on the other boards are right about the .001 and believe in it enough to pull this thing up to a place where I can sell.
