I am going to hold this one for a while, keep loading it on when it hits low points....I have a lot of faith in this stock...CEO seems trustworthy, way more than the one I have been dealing with in ICMH (though that one looks like it will turn out well after all). Also, with a potentially destructive real estate crash looming ahead, it would be nice to invest in a company that helps refinance. So, anyway, i am holding onto this one with both hands!

Outrageous! That analyst sounds like a third class pumper. Can someone explain to me why it should have, or how it is possible for it to have, a 15 billion dollar market cap, which is not even possible on the OBB. Its assets were last stated at 4 million and revenue at 100K. Good luck anyway, but be careful of these professional pumps.

You don't want .0001 stocks... they are there for a reason.... they should be lower than that but can't cause that's as low as it goes.... even at .0001 times say 2 billion shares is a $200,000 market cap.... these co's have no revenue, lots of debt, no operations sometimes, so they're not even worth $200k.... so when they reverse split to raise the stock price and reduce shares, it drops again back toward .0001, especially if they then issue/dump more shares....
few .0001 stocks ever recover and go back up steadily.... they blip up now and then but sometimes you get stuck in a reverse split....
look at PCCR that POS has had like 5 trading symbols over it's history and has dropped and dropped all over each time... it lost like 80% the last few days

I've been reading pinksheets, I like how it shows "today's quote request leaders" and the news tab to see if any new PRs have been released. I checked out otcbb.com and added it to my favorites, I wish I had seen AXAI sooner today. I did make $100 off NEXH though. My first gain! Thanks for the sites and pointers you two.

Just did a bunch of research on these guys. I can't find any information that would suggest that the CEO is bad news, or his company. They have had fairly steady news since January of great growth opportunities that have all panned out. Has anyone here ever spoken with Surber before? I would be interested to hear your thoughts. IMHO, as long as this guy keeps his hands clean, this company has nowhere to go but up. I also believe that this is a perfect business to invest in right now because of where real estate is headed. I sent an email to the company suggesting that they update their website to promote further growth. Just my two cents:) Have a great weekend, everyone!

Got this from Raging Bull, I hadn't heard anything about this yet! Sounds like another big PR for Nexia in the next month. Check it out for yourself...looks to be similar to Dutchess agreement. I can't make much sense out of all of this business talk though, someone want to try to explain this in laymans terms.

I emailed Nexia and suggested they update their website...I don't know who reads those or if they even care, but hopefully I am not the only one and it put a bug in their ear. I told them that a website is a huge consideration when people are looking for places to invest their money. I also think that it is a "turn off" but I think that they have enough success potential to make up for what their website lacks.

just google Richard Surber and youll find his name turns up as far back as 1992. all these may or may not be the same Richard Surber but as far as i can tell they are all in Salt Lake so my guess is that they are.

I agree with you big...but I am not so sure that this has finished making runs before that happens... It seems stocks like these always have a huge run just before a r/s...like axai...but i think that if it were to have happened with Nexia it would have happened already..just my opinion...who knows though...I am just to stubborn to take a loss. Other forums are expecting this to go to .001 next week and then probably back down. I think I am going to stick out for another week unless it plumets or I do end up hearing news of a reverse split...rather lose a little than a lot...but if i can..i'll profit from this sucker!

I'm still holding miss piggy - but i disagree with your statement that this company has news frequently. Two PR's in 2005 is not a lot of news. I got in this stock at the end of 2004 and I should have got out the other day but I decided to be greedy. As soon as it shows signs of .0005 I am long gone. Good luck to you all.

Honestly, I don't see any reason to get out at .0004 if that's where your pps avg. is.
This think bounces around enough that you should be able to make 15% minimum.

JIF until last week NEXH didn't even have a bid/ask since 1st quarter of 2005. This does not bounce around a lot and once all attention dies the price will be back to .0001, just my opinion. I have a sell in at my avg. because I have lost faith in this company.

According to my chart, we've touched .0006 at least 4 times this last trading week. I'm not saying those sell orders will always fill. All I'm saying is, why would I sell this minute for .0004 when I know we've touched .0006 already 4 times in the last 5 trading days?
I'm holding until at least .0006 hits again.

Not in the very near future but maybe within a few weeks, who knows... but if or when it does i recommend selling ASAP.. the more research i do on Surber, the less i trust him.. like i said i put a GTC sell and wait and see, dont have time to babysit these things everyday.. It doesnt appear that any co. ran by this man makes any money, it makes just enough to pay his salary but everyone else seems to get screwed.

I am still in.It could be worse it could of R/S so an "E" isn't the worse thing it just means they were late in reporting.I am sure a R/S isn't far off.

Well it will most likely fall to .0001 before it R/S. And then do something like a 2000:1 R/S. Meaning if you have 100,000 shares at .0001 before the split you would have 50 shares at .20. No value change initially. However what happens with these stocks that are known for numerous R/S is that it will slowly dwindle back down to .0001 again. So your value or wealth in the company goes down with it.

What a POS this is but i didnt expect it to be any different than other sub-pennies. i just figured, when i bought, that it had one more day in the run. oh well, ill just let my sell order set in case it ever gets to 0005 again. if not, just chalk it up as another lesson learned in the otcbb market.

unbelievable how much attention this stuff is getting (NEXHE) ... whatever happened to the old thread on this from late spring? bunch of us got really jerked around!! took me 'til july or august to get out with breakeven... at that time (early spring) these clowns/ crooks sold a huge shopping mall property and the pps still stayed flat... crooks! crooks! WYA!
