Hi,

I just called the CEO of Interage LTD. A nice guy looking forward to increase the shareholders value. What he told me is that they are changing the transfert agent right now so that's pretty much why the stock was moving a lot the past couple of weeks. Also he is aiming to switch on the OTCBB market pretty soon. When I asked him about the contract, he told me thay are finalizing the final steps and paperwork and we should get news next week. When I told him that the stock price is low, this is what he told me:
' Beleave me , it will jump ! '

I hope my overseas call was useful for all of us !
Have a great week !

Good morning itgjers. My predictions for today and the rest of the week are the same kind of volumes we had yesterday with probably some eventual upticking once we've got all the sellers out. Then, when the big one comes next week, we'll either be very satisfied with the PR and see a huge kick up in the pps or dissatisfied and come back down to theses dirt cheap prices.

Hey, some of the market has to be based on luck. Get em while they're dirt cheap!

This stock has been dirt cheap for a long time now.
For a company with already announced contracts exceeding $ 50 million (so far this year), you could buy the entire company for $ 1.2 million (based on the O/S and current PPS).

CESAREA, Israel, Sept. 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ),
a leading provider of integrated Web marketing solutions, announced today that
it is applying to participate in a large bi-lateral project for the development
of advanced Web marketing tools. The project will be sponsored by the Technology
Cooperation Network, comprised of offices of the German and Israeli
governments.

In an effort to explore new growth markets and technologies, and to assist
companies such as InterAge to expand their international presence, the
Technology Cooperation Network has established an infrastructure to assist
companies in finding both development and marketing partners, in addition to
providing funding assistance.

InterAge has applied to participate in a large initiative with other German
companies to create and market new Web marketing tools. These tools will provide
real-time statistics of consumer behavior on Web commerce sites and integrate
this information with a platform that will automatically adjust online
advertising to match consumer behavior.

Kobi Freund, CEO of InterAge is very positive about the business opportunities
that can arise from this project. "This is a breakthrough concept in Web
marketing, and if approved, we will be working with some of Germany's best
companies to make this a reality. This technology can streamline marketing
operations around the world, translating into major growth for InterAge."

The Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry & Trade in
Israel is sponsoring this effort. InterAge has worked closely with this office
in the past and fully understands the submission process required to be awarded
the project.

Is this an extension of the EU deal?

Or does it mean that they didn't get they EU deal?

Or, most likely: It's impossible to tell.

sorry I posted some of my information incorrectly, news next week, I was first saying I hope news this week after reading slicky's first post but yes the news next week, (my error I read his comments incorrect). I am not pumping ITGJ, they have soo many projects lined up it will bode extremely well for the company, however the propblem is getting my order filled, none of first order of 13 million shares at .0004 are filling at all, and thats market price, the shares on this are held tightly
yes it could go to .0002 but if you look at the other competitors, none are nearly as well prepared as ITGJ, for this European Information System Technolgies grant, the harvard professor carries huge credentials and Ive been doing some research into his background, previous projects etc. Oh with regards to the CEO's comments when I spoke to him too, you have to remember any CEO is going to say that because he wont want to know that he failed or lost, especially when he holds over 60% of the shares outstanding, from numbers I got a hold of more around 70%
I think its more of a pump if you sit there stating going to the moon, hype hype, rar rar,
I want to buy 30 million shares of this company in total, if they drop the ball you can turn and laugh at me, ive done my DD and homework, a 770 million dollar contract on this alone would bode well, 30 million shares I want at .0003, lets say being modest .02 each share is worth ?? , do the math, oh not to mention, thats only one contract, dont forget the revenue from their other current projects and other outstanding contracts, take a look at their website, cheers again

You're gonna have a hard time buying in ITGJ now. On Monday we had 160 mil volume, and now it is all dried up. All the temporary holders are gone-everyone is holding for the PR next week, I doubt you'll even be able to fill at the ask.

As for those of us who are already in this, we're just gonna have to sit tight till next week.
