IF ITGJ is successful in landing this $600 mil contract in September, the pay-off could be very BIG!!........It's a gamble.
I'm debating whether I should hold until then, even if nothing happens OR whether I should get out to pursue other opportunities in the meantime; I can always get back in.

This stock historically hasn't moved much from day to day. Sometimes good news will cause an uptick then it settles back down. IMO this is a stock to tuck away as a good long term investment. (1 or 2 years).

Yeah, somebody bought 5000 late in the day to make it close green. Cute, but I can't imagine it fooled to many. I don't know what is going on but time will reveal all.
Someone said that patience is a virtue. Where do you buy that stuff anyway?

I see no reason what so ever this should be trading this low. There site is well put together and informative (not that that alone make them a good company).
They seem to be a niche player abroad. I always have a reluctance to invest in foriegn organizations, but IMHO I think this will be a good investment - epecially at the .0003-.0007 range.

OK - I was suprise to hear back on my e-mail so quickly... but my intial question was an explination for my e-mail, my shareholder value and to get some insight into the chances of getting the Euro deal. Here was Kobi response.

I know that you know, it but I must say it again - we just completed the application to the European Community to participate the project. We didn`t win yet, and no body can guarantee that we will win, although our chances are very good.
According to the information that we have, due to the technology that we are suggesting, and according to the unique stuff that we have, and....according to the experience that we have (We did win in the past (2001) such a project) in approaching such a projects, I trust (and I hope) that I will be a bearer of good tidings.
In the next 2 weeks they will check the applications , and then.....we will know. I also will keep your e-mail for letting you know (in parallel to the market)

Can you tell he is foriegn with the run on sentances.....second thought - someone else volunteer (please) to e-mail him. I DO NOT want any speculation .....

An additional e-mail was sent asking about other potential business that may include a press release - if he had planned on any buybacks, and if there was potential for a partial win of the Euro bid or if the bid was all or nothing.
