well, last trade was at .0074, so it's a red day after 3 green days. We really need some kind of PR here to help boost people's interest.

Just found this on the net:

It looks like TransWorld Oil and Gas LTD has been bought out by an undisclosed party for an undisclosed amount in August 2005. Is this the reason for the ticker symbol change a few weeks ago, or has this news not yet been released?

We really need some news here. This stuff wanted to go but volume was absolutely abysmal.

Im not sure about a buy out, really.

Yeah it is hard to find good info on this company.

I think they are selling their Western Canada assets, but that they have other assets.

Cross your fingers that the funds will be used to improve and grow the company!

Anyone have a good idea on the current O/S? The latest information I can find states the following:

Formerly=Cable Advertising Systems, Inc. until 7-04
Formerly=Frontier Oil & Gas Ltd. until 11-04
Note=4-26-05 company is a development state energy company
Formerly=Alaska Oil & Gas Ltd. until 7-05

Outstanding Shares: 80,000,000 as of 2004-07-08

Based on this, if the $20 mill Russian oil deal comes to fruition, we should be sitting around ($20,000,000 / 80,000,000 shares) = $ 0.25

i'm not so sure hamzat about the buys cause yesterday we hit 65 and the volume wasn't that great eaither so there wasn't buys at 65 kinda hard to see them comming at at 67 68 without pr or a group play, but lets see

Been holding here and put a sell order in for small amount 81000 share at ask... took about 45 min. to go thru and not totally filled yet 50900 filled at ask....don't think the MM's know yet what is going on with the Co. as of yet neither shareholders B/C of the name change and R/S.
I don't think we'll see much movement unless news leaks out and the price moves up with vol.
When and if news leaks out and we start to run.....it should be huge JMHO.
No dilution going on and low O/S
