FYI.. TWOG used to be AKOL which flew from .003 to .07! I don't know ho whigh this will go, but .01+ is a for sure thing!

Just from a tech overview, this one is a great play. However, the bonus to TWOG is that they are an Oil & Gas Company with proven reserves in Alaska!

I believe the deal in Alaska fell through, thus, the reason for the name change.

Natural Gas is the largest growing segment of electricity generation. No new nuclear plants are being built, or permitted for that fact because it is soooo expensive and time consuming. I think they are selling their Western Canada assets, but that they have other assets.

Been holding here and put a sell order in for small amount 81000 share at ask... took about 45 min. to go thru and not totally filled yet 50900 filled at ask....don't think the MM's know yet what is going on with the Co. as of yet neither shareholders B/C of the name change and R/S. I don't think we'll see much movement unless news leaks out and the price moves up with vol. When and if news leaks out and we start to run.....it should be huge JMHO. No dilution going on and low O/S

They seem to spend most of their time running TWOG.PK, from Toronto, Canada. Huge accumulation going on the other day. Someone is buying it cheap. According to a PR at the old AKOL.PK, some think TWOG is doing an acquisition of a Russian oil company - acquiring 49%. At AKOL.PK, they said, $20 million in revenues. They say they are a development company. Based on previous news at AKOL.PK, the former symbol. I have been following this stock for several months. I am an investor in it. Something seems to be going on here. They changed their name and symbol to reflect doing overseas business. They went from 320,000 traded the other day, to over 7 million traded today. The stock also traded 10-11 million just the other day. They once went from .01 to .07 a few months ago. And, they once were as high as .49 in the past. I'd like to see it go to $1.13 for some personal reasons. I'm an investor here, and I am waiting for something good to happen. They used to be AKOL.PK. Alaskan Oil and Gas. I got put through to leave a message without getting hung up on. So I left a message with my phone number and email. I asked what the sale of the Canadian reserves means for shareholders, what that money might be used for and what their plans are for the future.

I am still holding... Oil and Gas will become the major focus heading into the labor day holiday weekend.. especially since crude prices are soaring... >$67 today.... if there is any small slip up in refining or transporation, we could see a huge jump in gas prices!
All that being said, I have some positions in multiple O&G companies that I think will all go up collectively in the next 2 weeks!

Tried to call investor relations but some gal answered and said Mr Mancini is rarely in the office. So I left my number so he could call me back. But I am not going to hold my breathe waiting for the call. I don't know what's up with this company but its oil and gas and thats good. Hoping for the best.

SYDNEY, Aug 29 (Reuters) - U.S. oil prices surged to a record above $70 a barrel on Monday as one of the country's biggest storms tore through the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, forcing oil producers and refiners to shut down operations.
U.S. crude oil futures soared nearly $5 a barrel in opening trade to touch a fresh peak of $70.80 a barrel, surpassing last week's $68 high to the highest price since the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) began trading contracts in 1983.
It later traded up $3.42 a barrel, 5.2 percent, at $69.55.
Oil product and natural gas prices also shot higher to records, with gasoline soaring 10 percent to $2.13 a gallon and heating oil rocketing past $2 a gallon for the first time. Natural gas prices were up 20 percent.
Prices leapt as Hurricane Katrina, the eleventh named storm of what is expected to be an unusually severe season, threatened to do lasting damage to the vital U.S. oil and refining region, further straining an industry that has struggled to keep up with two years of strongly rising oil demand.
More than 40 percent of all U.S. Gulf of Mexico crude oil production was reported closed down as a result of the hurricane, with the total expected to rise significantly as more operators report affected production to the U.S. government on Monday.

Natural Gas Prices May Leap in Fall By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS September 8, 2005

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Natural gas prices could increase as much as 71 percent in part of the United States this fall, raising the prospect of higher home heating costs this winter, the Energy Department reports.
The department's statistical agency, the Energy Information Administration, reported Wednesday that price hikes will depend on how quickly oil rigs and Gulf coast refineries damaged by Hurricane Katrina can be repaired.
In its report, the agency said natural gas prices for the Midwest will increase as much as 71 percent, while heating oil prices in the Northeast could rise 31 percent. Electricity prices in the South could jump 17 percent.
But barring an unusually slow pace of repairs, the agency said domestic oil production should return to just under 5.4 million barrels a day in November, the level it was in August before Katrina disrupted most Gulf production and knocked out 10 refineries.
The agency said U.S. refining capacity also should rebound, with an anticipated output of gasoline and other fuels of nearly 16.4 million barrels a day in November, the same as August levels.
Even in a slow recovery scenario, normal operations are expected by December, the agency said.
EIA director Guy Caruso, testifying before a House committee examining the energy effects of Katrina, said the forecast will depend on the timing and pace of repairs to oil platforms and refineries.
''The infrastructure has been coming back more quickly'' than expected, he noted.
Four of the 10 refineries that were shut down are expected to be back at full capacity within the next week; six refineries that had to scale back production were expected to be back at full capacity by Thursday, the department told lawmakers.
Caruso said four refineries in Louisiana that suffered severe damage could be out of commission for several months. But the EIA said all but about 900,000 barrels a day of U.S. refining capacity was expected to be available by the end of this month.
That estimate assumes a flow of oil from the government's Strategic Petroleum Reserve in the coming weeks to make up for the temporary loss of Gulf production as offshore platforms are repaired.
Facilities in the Gulf region account for 1.5 million barrels a day, or 29 percent of U.S. domestic oil production.
