peyton976 : I dont know, maybe MM`s cleaning out thier books getting ready for the next round, maybe the company was involved but i dont think so, SEC rules are very clear on this issue, no one can buy or sell this security until market makers resume posting quotes. the fact that there have been no ghost trades today seems support this theory of MM`s clearing the books, perhaps for the purpose of accurate accounting when trading resumes. good luck, sincerly!

Seems we're all unable to make long distance calls from the office lol. First to call, please post your findings here. I'll do it if it's me.
madmoney, can you explain what you mean by MM clearing the books? Is it good or bad (I should not try to get my hopes up. but I'm an eternal optimist ;-)

Darkhawk : my thoughts on yesterdays trading are just i guess. that having been said, i would think MM`s clearing the books would be a neutral sign, just means they are getting things in order for the next step. i dont think yesterdays activities are any indication of what will happen when this resumes trading. as i said i believe it was simply " house cleaning " nothing to worry about in and of itself.

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm trying to learn (I do a lot with this stock). What does clearing the books mean. I know you say it's to put things in order, but how does it involve trading shares?
Thanks or your patience!

Darkhawk : market makers through the DTCC ( depository trust clearinghouse corp? ) control the flow of shares sold on the open market through broker/ dealers to the public. some MM`s may have had shares " in transit " on thier way to a buyer such as yourself who cancelled thier order late, when this was halted some MM`s may have been left with shares they barrowed from another MM, these shares would need to be returned so that everybody ended up with what they started with, the trading prices were probably arbitrary and so, meaningless. this is only a guess on my part, one possible explaination. no way for us to realy know.

Thanks! I guess it can explain the .0001 to .005 to .0001 again. The stock was not really traded and the numbers we saw probably mean nothing.
Hopefully, someone can get info from this Marty.
And thanks again for your help and patience.

Will trading automatically resume after ten days? It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.
thats the key statement, broker-dealer to reveiw info, how long, who knows?? if broker-dealer does not have confidence about the company, thats another key statement, im willing to bet that they will not make a market until a sec ruling to take the legal responsiblitly off of there shoulders, thats just my opinion.

I called GRYF IR and their message is changed. I think it says "The uspension has been lifted, you will be kept informed". English is not my first language and she doesn't speak very loud, but I'm pretty sure about it.
Maybe somebody wants to confirm that. GRYF IR: (250)320-8891. I know it doesn't mean anything because MMs are the key. Maybe a PR is coming...
Also tried to call SCHWAB yesterday when I came back from work, but it was too late.

$Keith$ : thats 0004 ( tripple o four ) from tripple o one, and nothing is going on, it`s just a ghost trade, and no i dont know what it means. probably nothing, MM`s are not quoteing this yet so it does not matter, besides it`s only 40,000 shares 20,000 @ 0001 = 2.00$, 20,000 @ 0004 = 8.00$. i know everyone is holding thier breath on this one but thier is no point in getting all worked up about it, nothing can happen until it starts trading again. dont exspect anything from the company until that happens, if the investigation is not complete they cant say anything and until the MM`s start quoteing it again they wont say anything.

That is what we are saying...nothing is going on...forget everything you see on streamers right now bid/ask, high/low, volume...it all means nothing until it starts trading and then all these numbers will change.

Somebody over at the RB board says he sold 100,000 shares the other day @ .0001 (FWIW)

OneGreater : dont believe ANYTHING you read on that board. NO ONE can buy or sell until market makers resume quoteing this stock and that has not happened! common sense says even IF you could, why would you sell at 0001? no matter how bad it is (any stock) it can only go up from there! even I would not sell at that price and i am considered the resident basher here! LOL. GLTA-- time will tell!

This is not the first thread where someone says not to trust anything from RB. Why is that?

read through some of the posts on RB check a couple of threads, those people are insane. would you trust the rantings of a mad man?. most of the posts make no sense, they are all over the place! trying to sift through the BS can be both amusing and annoying!. sometimes it`s good for a laugh but seldom are they to be taken seriously.
