It will be wednesday the temp suspended trading doesn't end till tomorrow at 11:59pm. I'm in the same boat fishfarmer all my shares are ones from the profit off it's big run. Honestly this thing is going to tank or fly after this suspension and i think it's about 50/50 depending on whether or not there's in irregularaties found.

I'm looking forward to seeing their revenue numbers from July. That should give us a good push back up. Does a company have to stop operating when the SEC is investigating it?

"i am holding... if they put out a good pr it might not tank.
I think there will be a certain amount of selling in the morning after the lifted ban, but it may actually do OK if their reports were at least factual enough to satisfy the SEC auditors.

i too will be holding, there are 74 shareholders and i think there will be a initial sell off, but the best thing to do is do not get caught up watching it, your emotions may take over. I will watch it at the open and then check in later with it. The thing about the sec is, I do not think they have to issue a ruling either way, of course if something is drastic they may extend the ban, buy if all is clear, i believe they do not have to issue a pr saying everything is ok with the company. I hope either the sec or the company will, if thats the case it will greatly help the pps. good luck.

If SEC is satisfied, I'm sure Greyfield will issue a PR very quickly. We may even see one before trading hours.
If not, well... our shares won't be worth much. Let's hope for the best. GLTA.

don't mean to barge in on your thread, but SEC will not issue anything: if they say all is clear, could fuel a run as an endorsement; if they say we can't prove anything, but we're still investigating, could cause a massive sell-off--yet later the company is shown to have done nothing wrong. Ooops, too late--already cratered the company...
What you have to watch for is a "Special Notice to Members" from the applicable regulatory agency; am assuming this is a BB or pink, so that would be NASD.

thats what i mean, if you think theres going to be a pr from either the sec or company on the investigation before the trading on wed., i think your going to be disappointed.

Is that true that there are only 74 shareholders?

Who says so? If SEC found anything, they can continue the ban. Somebody from the company has to say something before market open tomorrow.

I went on SEC before, but failed to notice this. Is it possible it all started with an email? Look at this and tell me what you think. As for myself, well, maybe I need hope, but the content of the email shouldn't hold against the content of the disclosure...

This thing was identified as a scam weeks before they stopped the trading. The company has nothing to say but they are most likely hopeing to just avoid big fines or jail time at this point.
Put in a sell at .0001 and hope some sucker buys...better than nothing...or hold until when ever.

george, i know what the bid and ask mean, what im saying is so far everyones saying its over, its done , put a fork in it. why??? with only 275 k traded, why would you say that. by what i see, so far no one wants to sell and no one wants to buy, everyone thought the volume would be huge, why isnt it. im not selling at .00001, thats crazy. enlighting me as to what im missing here, ive come this far, why not wait, or in your opinion sell at a 95 % loss.

peyton, agreed. yup, looks like a scam, but i've already lost 99%, so why not take the risk with the other 1% i still have left. the way i look at it is nothing to lose. it would cost more in broker comm. now to sell than i'd get back anyways so i'm not selling at .0001 no matter what.
